Luxury Living in the Hills. Absolutely Stunning House with 5 beds (3 Queen, 2 Full) and 4 bathrooms (2 bath, 2 1/2 bath). Available for the Sturgis Rally, August 1st - 10th (5 night minimum). Whomever snatches this up will be amazed with the views, while enjoying the Best Rally Experience and close proximity to all the action. House is located on 4 acres and minutes away from Downtown (5.3 miles)- with easy access to Buffalo Chip and I-90. Character throughout entire home- Kitchen has an extra breakfast nook that shows views of Bear Butte. Home is surrounded with 3 decks on front and back to simply relax in the midst of the Hills with your own space. There are 2 living areas to relax and put your feet up. No gravel- All paved- private drive to house. Owners have just built a new 2 car garage on side of house which renters will have access to for bike parking. $1900/night
Deposit: A non-refundable, 50% deposit is due from the guest at time of rental with final payment due by May 1st. The guest understands that any cancellation after final payment has been made is non-refundable. Guests will be required to sign a rental contact with $2,000 damage deposit.
