Sauberes Haus mit einigen Schwächen

Das Haus ist geräumig. Es hat 4 Schlafzimmer auf der oberen Etage, wobei sich nur in einem ein richtiger Kleiderschrank befindet. Die Betten sind leider alle nur 140cm breit, für uns leider zu schmal. Eine kleine Toilette ist oben unter der Schräge. Ansonsten muß man morgens quer durchs Haus nach unten hinter die Küche ins Badezimmer gehen. Das Wohnzimmer ist gut ausgestattet. Die Terrasse ist leider nur sehr schmal gefliest. Ansonsten ist der rückwärtige Bereich recht groß und Fahrräder kann man unter den Schuppen stellen.Die Terrasse zur Straße ist zu klein und hat keinen direkten Zugang vom Haus aus. Die Küchengeräte sind alle ok mit einem großen Kühlschrank. Nur das Kochgeschirr ist leider teilweise unbrauchbar (dreckig oder kaputt). Das liegt leider an den Feriengästen, die sich nicht wirklich um Sauberkeit bemühen. Der Staubsaugerbeutel eines Staubsaugers war mehr als randvoll. Das müsste bei Übergabe kontrolliert werden. Ansonsten ist Dominique sehr unkompliziert bei Übergabe und sehr hilfsbereit. Das was für uns aber gar nicht geht ist, daß das Wasser in Küche und Bad mehrere Minuten laufen muß um warm zu werden und wir an 2 Tagen überhaupt kein warmes Wasser hatten (mußten kalt duschen). Und das zu einem Preis, der für das Haus viel zu hoch ausfällt. Da haben wir doch mehr erwartet. Die Lage des Hauses ist ruhig und abseits der Massen und relativ nah zum Lebensmittelladen. Insgesamt hatten wir eine erholsame Woche.

Urlaub wie wir ihn lieben

Sehr schönes Haus auf einem großen Grundstück. Wohnraum und Küche sind hervorragend, die Schlafzimmer zweckmäßig und hübsch ausgestattet. Das Haus liegt an einer ruhigen Seitenstraße, ein Supermarkt ist fußläufig erreichbar. Auch die schönen Strände der beiden Orte sind über gut ausgebaute Fahrradwege innerhalb weniger Minuten erreichbar. Sollte das Wetter mal nicht für den Strand reichen, bietet die Umgebung viele Möglichkeiten zur Erkundung (Freizeitpark, Aquarium, uvm.) Unsere Gastgeber waren jederzeit ansprechbar und zur Stelle, wenn wir Hilfe brauchten. Alles in Allem hatten wir eine sehr schöne Zeit und kommen gerne wieder!

Schönes, großes und ruhiges Haus

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in der Unterkunft. Das Haus ist sehr großzügig geschnitten, sauber, genau wie auf den Fotos. Die Umgebung ist ruhig. Die Gastgeber sind sehr hilfsbereit und reagieren immer schnell auf Rückfragen. Check-in und check-out waren völlig problemlos. Wir können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen (unsere Kinder waren auch begeistert)! Danke für die schöne Woche

Excellent sejour

Maison spacieuse, moderne, bien équipée. Accueil parfait de Dominique. Environnement très calme. A moins de 10mn de Fort mahon plage, où toutes les activités sont possibles. Sans oublier la baie de Somme bien sûr... Nous conseillons sans réserve cette location.

Magnifique séjour en baie de Somme

Nous avons passé un excellent mais trop court séjour dans cette maison spacieuse et lumineuse située dans un environnement calme proche de la mer et des sites remarquables de la baie de Somme. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Dominique, un proche voisin. Un seul regret, la maison ne dispose que d'une seule salle de bains et pour 8 personnes, c'est un peu compliqué à gérer. Cela ne nous a toutefois pas empêché de partager un bon moment en famille...

Encore et toujours au top

Nous avons loué cette maison pour la deuxième fois. Comme on dit quand on aime on y revient… la maison est spacieuse pour notre grande famille. Les cousins adorent s’y retrouver. Pas très loin de Berck pour profiter de l’événement Cerf-Volant, nos vacances d’avril était au top. Merci beaucoup.

Vacances en famille au top

Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances. Le bien est très bien situé : proche de la piste cyclable ce qui est très agréable avec les enfants. Le logement est adapté aux familles nombreuses (nous y sommes venu à 8) et avons eu tous les équipements et la place nécessaire. Nous retenons l'adresse pour de prochaine vacances. Merci.

Avis séjour Quend

Excellent accueil de Dominique, facilement joignable, qui gère l'arrivée et le départ des locataires. Il est disponible et discret. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette grande maison qui dispose de 4 chambres dont deux en enfilade. La cuisine est bien équipée, il ne manque pas de vaisselle ni d'ustensile. La salle de bain est pratique, équipée d'une douche et d'une baignoire. Au rdc un WC, à l'étage WC et un lavabo. La maison est propre et bien entretenu. Deux TV peuvent être utilisées, une nous a largement suffit. L'environnement de la maison est très agréable et calme, les abords sont entretenus, du mobilier extérieur disponible. Nous recommandant ce bien pour des vacances au calme, mais tout de même proche de la mer (Quend-Plage et Fort Mahon Plage se trouvent à 3 à 6kms). Nous avons largement visité toute la région de Saint-Valéry sur Somme à Boulogne sur Mer). Nous garderons un excellent souvenir de cette semaine de vacances d'avril, avec en plus un soleil radieux toute la semaine !
