Annulation du séjour par le propriétaire non remboursee

Après avoir fait une réservation je reçois un mail d’un propriétaire qui l’annule la réservation qui préférait privilégier un séjour d’une semaine. Depuis j’essaye de contacter ce propriétaire sans réponses et une conseillère m’a appelé mi 12 en me promettant remboursement que j’attends toujours.

Bad communication and dirty

There was no communication with the owners since apparently they were on vacation. We found the house dirty, with a strong smell of humidity, nobody explained to us how the urbanization works. The place is fine but it was not in conditions for your accommodation. It was a pity that no one had cleaned it beforehand.

Très agréable séjour

Le châlet est conforme aux photos, il comporte plusieurs chambres et un petit jardin qui nous a permis de faire des barbecues. Il est bien situé, à quelques minutes à vélo de Laruns.
