Holy smokes!!! This place was beautiful! And brand new! The deck coming off of the main room was spectacular….. big screen tv, 3 fire pits, Weber bbq, treager smoker, gas flattop, and plenty of seating. Duane and Penny are in the running for “hosts of the year”…. They get my vote! See ya next year! Thanks a million.
The property was modern and immaculate. Beautiful furnishings, comfortable bed, top shelf appliances, and a deck that is out of this world. Though Green River itself is a bit run down, it was a great base for us to visit all of the southern Utah National Parks and view the annular eclipse. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
The unit was absolutely top notch and the bed super comfortable.
The only downfall is that Green River doesn't have anything going on, which wasn't a problem for us because we were mostly interested in spending time at the Parks.
The property is beautifully finished, including a lovely deck shared with other residents—plenty of space! We loved relaxing on the deck after a long day of hiking!
Owners are very nice people and good communicators/helpful!
I would definitely stay here again if in the area!
Thanks for a great stay!!!
This was a wonderful property...clean, lots of room, everything we needed, and about a 45 minute drive from Arches National Park. Clearly, the town of Green River has seem better days...we made our own meals or had them in Moab. Weather didn't allow us to use the fabulous outdoor patio and grill.
If you are looking for a place to stay on your way through the area or as a base-camp for exploring all the natural beauty that abounds in Southern Utah, book this guest house! Literally the nicest accommodations I've ever rented! Thank you so much for opening your house to us, we'd LOVE to stay again :)
This place gets the highest rank among all bnb's we have ever stayed in. Hosts are transparent about all amenities, no hidden surprises....Seamless access. So clean!!! Amazing outdoor entertainment area. Loved the tie-in of local wall art. (We sourced the art and purchased a few pieces before we left town) Thank you for all you do to ensure your guests have a perfect experience. Kindest Regards Marty & Cheryl 🧡🌾😊
We thoroughly enjoy are stay in Green River. The house and outdoor area are beautiful and located close to Arches and Canyonlands National Parks to make easy day trips.
This newer construction unit was a great place to call home for a week while we explored the sites and National Parks of Utah. There was plenty of space, it was beautifully decorated, well stocked for cooking, comfy furniture/bed, loved the giant rain shower head, and the washer/dryer were much appreciated! The fire table on the deck was also a bonus. We enjoyed the artwork throughout the unit and the background info on the artist(s)! The area is a bit under developed but away from the hustle and bustle of Moab. A few tasty restaurants (our favorite was Ray’s) and a nice little grocery store nearby. Enjoyed the local museum and it’s nice gift shop too!
We loved our stay here. It was modern, clean, and full of amenities. Close to the highway, gas stations, and grocery store. Only 30-45 minutes to Arches NP. We took full advantage of the laundry, outdoor space and grills. Highly recommend!
This is a perfect place to stay especially if you don’t care to be in Moab and want to visit Arches and Canyonlands. It’s brand new and it was built and furnished beautifully. Walk in shower was awesome as was the entire bathroom. Bed was great with black out curtains in the bedroom if you wanted to sleep in. Kitchen was furnished with everything you need as well.
We love having a private outdoor space and there’s was right outside the door with an amazing deck with nice furniture, grills and fire tables. It had a canopy to protect you from the sun and a garage to protect you from the wind.
All in all, it was perfect for us!
This was totally renovated with high quality materials and is a beautiful rental. Everything is new and the deck was amazing with multiple seating area, grill, and smoker. Green River is a very small town with limited services but if you need a place close to Arches, Canyonlands and Capital Reef this is the place. You will not find a cleaner or more beautiful place in the area.
The online photos of the place looked good but did not do it justice. The space is an oasis in the dessert. Great to come home to after a long day traveling or out playing. Well equipped and spotless! Great outdoor area to relax and cookout. We highly recommend it!
Had an excellent time though the trip was during a Green River hot spell. Fortunately, the AC was up to the challenge. Property is very clean and comfortable, great for a family trip.
My family was happy to spend five nights in this home. The house wasn’t only perfectly clean but also beautifully decorated. We had all stuff that we need in a kitchen. Both beds were comfortable . Especially I like the high ceilings. This place is absolutely calm.
The way to Arch park takes less than one hour. We also like a lot Goblin state park. This place is perfect for children.
We were headed to Arches, Canyonland national parks, and Goblin Valley State park but Moab was full We stayed at this home in Green River and it was perfect. We would definitely stay there again. It is about 45 minutes from Arches but we didn't have to hassle with Moab traffic at all.
