The apartment is located in a 24/7 SECURE RESIDENCE with doorman and camera. You have a small room of 8 m2 which closes with a picture window.
The washing machine is located inside the apartment.
You can have breakfast at the French bakery just below the apartment or at the adjoining hotel La Playa for around 8 euros. A receptionist will greet you on arrival explaining the proper functioning of the apartment. You can use its services for additional cleaning (12 euros per hour). High quality linen and towels are provided.

A big and cosy balcony, Appartment of 45 m2 and huge terrace if 35 m2.
This suite conveniently located 160 ft from the beach with a lot of watersport activities, shopping and famous french backery, restaurants and bars. modern furniture with Cosy decoration. One king size bed and two single sofa. Can be 4 personn. Separate toilet 50 meters from the best beaches of orient bay. Very functional for great and amazing hollidays in saint marteeen
