Bonita Point is a small development one block off the beach. This townhome has 1500 square feet with 960 square feet upstairs, complete with 1 bedroom with a king size bed, full bath with a jetted tub and a separate shower, as well as living space with queen sleeper sofa and a fully stocked kitchen. The upstairs sleeps 4. The 550 square foot downstairs has a queen size Murphy bed and 2 twin xl bunks in the bedroom and a day bed with trundle in the efficiency area and sleeps 6. The downstairs has a full bath with a large tiled walk-in shower, kitchenette equipped with refrigerator, sink, and microwave. Full size private garage space is perfect for your automobile, motorcycles, beach toys, boat, etc. There are 2 more parking spaces in front of the townhome and several spaces around the complex. It takes about 5-7 minutes to walk to the beach or you can drive over to the beach access. We have beach chairs, coolers, and beach wagon to use as well. Come and enjoy this great hidden gem!

I would stay again

Having the extra room downstairs was nice for the price. It is a rock throw from the go-carts so it is not quiet. You could walk to the beach but we rode over to the public parking since we had so much stuff. I would stay again

Great Spot

Centrally located, close to beach access, putt putt, gokarts, stores, etc. Stayed here with friends and our 3 kids. Spaces are split upstairs and downstairs (kind of like separate apartments) which is helpful to know when planning out where small kids will stay. David was very responsive. Would stay again! Thank you!

Great Vacation

This unit was amazing. Absolutely everything we needed. The split floor plan was perfect for us and our older teens. They loved having their own space. Close to the beach, great food and plenty to do. The owner was great, super friendly and great communication. Best vacation we’ve had in years. Thank you so much ❤️

Great set up for multi generation.

We stayed at this property with our daughter/son in law and their two children. The layout of the property allowed for us to be upstairs and for them to have their own little studio apartment downstairs. The main area is spacious and comfortable. It does back on to a go-cart track which my grandchildren loved to watch. We didn’t hear any noise at night which was great. The complex is gated which meant our grandkids could play out front without worrying about cars speeding by. The house was well equipped with a couple of coolers, lawn chairs and a couple of beach towels. The complex pool is not huge but when we were there we were the only ones who used it. The beach is a couple of blocks away and you do have to cross a busy road but there is a crosswalk signal there so the traffic will stop for you. The beach is amazing, be soft white sand and lots of room. There are not a lot of highrises in this area so the beach is less crowded. Check out Schooners for a casual beach vibe, Dat Cajun Place for a fun atmosphere and Andy’s Flour Power for delicious breakfasts. Dave was responsive and easy to work with. We would rent here again!

Spring Break Trip

Our stay at this home was idyllic!! The location is perfect, right across the street from the beach and one block away from golf cart rentals. The home is Exactly how it looks in the photos and then better. We travelled with two older teens who wanted their space and they were so happy to have their own apartment just right downstairs. The house comes with house-hold necessities so if you plan on cooking meals it has everything you need! David, our point of contact, was hospitable and generous. Perfect place to vacation if you looking for a home away from home vibe. Highly recommend!

Great place close to everything

We came to PCB for a baseball tournament at Publix Sports Complex and to have a mini vacation as well. We were 10 minutes from the park. Plenty of places to eat. Beach easily within walking distance. Private pool bigger than pictures describe. We stuck the boys downstairs, adults upstairs and never heard a peep. If I had a complaint and this may be the only one, the pull out couch mattress not great, would recommend air mattress. But please know if we come back next year for tournament I WILL check to see if this place is available first. Worked perfect for our needs. It appeared that the owner was updating several things or has been updating over the past few weeks, Really nice place and Mr. Green made the stay very easy.

East side of Panama City Beach is the best!

Very comfortable condo and in a great area. Property was well maintained and safe. Short walk to the beach. Our host David checked in periodically to see if all was well with our stay. Would definitely return as well as recommend this property to others.

It was exactly as advertised and we loved it!

Everything was top notch and perfect for us. Definitely a good set up for a family that wants a little separation. Our Adult kids had a separate living area downstairs and gave us privacy at night.
