Séjour à la Ciotat

Nous avons passé 2 semaines au mois d’août en famille au sein de cette location et sommes véritablement ravis de notre séjour. L’accueil des propriétaires est exceptionnel, un grand merci à Christian pour sa gentillesse et sa bienveillance durant notre séjour. L’appartement est très propre et dispose de toutes les commodités, ce dernier est conforme à l’annonce. Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances et recommandons cet appartement.

Logement climatisé bien situé (à proximité des plages, commerces, pistes cyclables), bien équipé et propre. Excellent accueil de la part de Christian et sa famille toujours disponibles. Une belle semaine passée à la Ciotat.

Séjour parfait

Accueil très bien organisé et chaleureux par Christian notre contact sur place. Nous conseillons vivement cet appartement très propre et très bien équipé. La véranda et la terrasse sont un plus. La résidence est calme et la ligne de chemin de fer pourtant proche absolument pas gênante. Nous avons profité de ce week-end prolongé pour visiter la superbe calanque de Mugel et parcourir la route des crêtes avec un panorama incroyable. Nous avons même fait une escapade à Marseille en prenant le ter à la gare toute proche. Nous serions bien restés plus longtemps….

geräumige, schöne Unterkunft

Die Ferienwohnung war gut ausgestattet. Küche top. Wintergarten war auch sehr vorteilhaft, da wir unsere E-Bikes dabei hatten und diese darin laden konnten. Zu den nächsten Stränden mit dem E-Bike überhaupt kein Problem. Mit einem normalen Bike flucht man dann doch etwas, da es nur bergauf - bergab geht. Die Anlage liegt etwas auserhalb und ist weg vom Trubel. Einziger Nachteil: Direkt neben der Bahnstrecke. In der Nacht fahren jedoch sehr wenig Züge und man kann sich behelfen, indem man die Fenster im Schlafzimmer schließt und die Klimaanlge anschaltet. Am Tag nervt es aber am Anfang trotzdem. Man gewöhnt sich aber allmählich. In La Ciotat gibt´s einen riesigen Carrefour mit günstigen Tintenfisch und Shrimp und mit dem Rad ist auch ein Aldi in !,5 km Entfernung zu erreichen ohne die Küstenstraße benutzen zu müssen. Wir waren in La Ciotat im Frühjahr das erste mal und sind im Spätsommer gleich nocheinmal hierher gefahren,da die Landschaft ein Traum und bei weitem nicht so vermüllt wie Süditalien ist. Wir sind jetzt Südfrankreichfans.

sehr schön und zu empfehlen.

sehr saubere und gut ausgestattete Unterkunft (in höherer Lage), welche nur 15min zu Fuß vom Strand entfernt liegt. große Schlafcouch und schöne Terrasse. Parkplatz im Residenzareal direkt vor der Tür. sehr netter Vermieter. Vielen Dank für diese schöne Unterkunft

Pour visiter

Un très bon moment dans cet appartement, un accueil très chaleureux par le papa de la propriétaire avec une flexibilité des horaires d'arrivée et de départ. L'appartement en lui même est très fonctionnel ,très propre et les literies sont bonnes . Un emplacement pour la voiture devant avec un portail sécurisé génial au vu des parkings payants sur la Ciotat. Pour visiter il faut prendre la voiture, une plage en bas est tout même présente. Pour le'train le bruit n'est pas du tout gênant au contraire logement très calme. Je recommande vivement cet appartement sans aucun problème. Encore un grand merci à Christian pour son accueil et son sourire

Un séjour très agréable

L'appartement est confortable et moderne, notamment la literie de la chambre et du canapé. L'accueil du papa de la propriétaire a été très chaleureux. La place de parking sécurisée dans la résidence est très appréciable à La Ciotat où les places sont chères en période estivale. Rejoindre la plage à pied se fait via des rues calmes, en descente à l'aller et en côte, au retour, ce qui permet de faire un peu de sport ! La climatisation dans la pièce principale et la chambre sont efficaces et nécessaires en été ! Le passage des trains est peu fréquent et ils s'entendent très peu. Bref, un séjour très agréable !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour , l’appartement est super et très propre il ne manque rien,la résidence est très calme et proche de tout , une terrasse très spacieuse propre et bien équipé, une mention spéciale pour Mr Christian qui nous a vraiment très bien accueilli d’une gentillesse extrême , il a également pris de nos nouvelles pendant notre séjour.Nous reviendrons avec plaisir avec ma famille.

très joli, comme neuf

Conforme à l'annonce, l'appartement et comme neuf, très bien entretenu et très propre. Il est agréable, l'espace véranda très appréciable, le petit coin extérieur charmant, la clim au top. Le seul hic est le passage des trains mais lorsque les portes sont fermées, on ne les entend plus (de plus, la nuit ils ne circulent plus). 1,2 km de la mer par une rue assez pentue, mais ça entretient de belles cuisses ! L'accueil du papa est parfait, je recommande ! Très bonne adresse pour La Ciotat !

Superbe location

Nous étions venus pour le GP de F1, la localisation de l’appartement est parfaite par rapport à cela. Nous avons grandement apprécié l’équipement très complet du logement et la climatisation ! La communication avec les propriétaires est parfaite et le papa du propriétaire qui nous a accueilli est d’une grande gentillesse! Assurément nous reviendrons y passer des vacances !

Appartement au top. Très fonctionnel. Au calme. Propriétaire très gentil. Le plus a été la fourniture des draps et serviettes de toilette qui n'est pas dans toutes les locations d'appartement. Nous y reviendrons c'est sûr!

Excellente adresse

Logement spacieux, propre et bien équipé. Petite copropriété tranquille. Les voisins sont sympathiques. Excellent contact avec le propriétaire et accueil très chaleureux. Idéalement situé pour rayonner autour des calanques. La proximité de la voie ferrée n'est pas gênante. Je recommande cette location. Merci pour ce séjour bien agréable.

Des vacances mémorables

Nous avons passé de super vacances ! La maison est très agréable et très propre. Mr Tintorrin nous a très bien accueillies, et nous as mis tout de suite à l’aise. Nous le remercions pour tous les conseils et « bon plans » qu’ils nous à donner. Beaucoup d’activités à faire (jet-ski, plongée, parachute ascensionnel, bouée tractée, visite des calanques ... et j’en passe). Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !
