The first floor has a spacious bedroom with a Queen and a bath, and there are two bedrooms upstairs, both with 2 Twins as well as the 2nd full bath. Enjoy relaxing evenings after all day at the beach out on the nice deck, enclosed outdoor shower, and private yard. It is an easy walk to the warm waters of Harding's Beach ~ perfect for families! This is a very well-maintained summer rental - perfect for your vacation! This home has just recently fully renovated the 2 bathrooms for an updated, modern, and bright feel.

Nice home,needs updates

Love the location of this house. Nice home was clean. Needs some thing up dated. The washer and dryer are in the basement(no problem)but when you open the basement door all you can smell is fuel oil. The master bed room had a mold smell. The lighting in the kitchen is poor.

Missing many important things

House was missing bath mats, coffee pot, garbage bags, batteries in remote control, wine glasses, lobster (nut) crackers, totally inadequate lighting in both dining room and kitchen. Hot water heater was on vacation mode on arrival (found out the hard way), BBQ grill was filthy, no dish rack to wash something quickly, unattractive grounds. Broken clock radio in master BR. Poor drainage at outside shower. Musty smell in the home. Not at all worth the fee. Must be emphasized however, that the rental agents Pine Acres Realty, were immediately responsive and did everything they could to fix many of the negative issues I encountered. This is an excellent agency with excellent agents so will use again.

Good location for walk to Harding’s beach. The deck was enjoyable. Disappointing main bedroom. Very dated and dreary. Uncomfortable bed. Outdoor shower doesn’t drain well with muddy water a problem.

Wonderful Week

Tears gently roll as I write this, grieving the loss of my time in Chatham. It was all I needed but still not enough when it comes to time with my kids. The house was great for us. The location was perfect for what we did activity wise. Thank you!
