Mary's Lake Condo Beautiful, Peaceful Mountain Retreat

This is an almost new 2 story Condo with master bedroom and bathroom on the main level. The spacious kitchen has everything you might need, a beautiful dinner set for 12, a Keurig coffee maker, regular coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster oven, Ninja blender and WMF cookware. The dining room and living room have breathtaking views. There are two full size leather couches and a gas fire place creating a wonderful warm atmosphere. The deck has a gas grill and adirondack chairs.
On the lower lever are two bedrooms and two bathrooms as well as another living room with a large TV and a super comfortable pull out couch . A spacious deck on each level with wonderful mountain views and clear view of Mary's Lake creates a peaceful place to escape. Wild life, deer and elk are regular visitors to your back yard and provide hours of wonderful entertainment. There is one parking spot in the attached garage and two spaces outside. This property was being managed by a management company for the past 2 seasons so no reviews are listed, you can check out our reviews on our other property listed above.
We welcome families with children. If you have a baby there is a packnplay. You do have to provide your own bedding for that. There is also a highchair and a booster seat.
The twin bedroom downstairs has a couple of tubs of toys under the bed and upstairs in the living room there are children books and games.

Beautiful view and home

This house is stunning!! From the views to the cleanliness it was amazing! Close to all the restaurants and Rocky Mountain National Park but far enough away to feel like you’re in another world! The pictures match the property and there was plenty of space for our family of 6. Waking up to the mountains and seeing deer in the backyard is something we will never forget! Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home!

Christmas Dream

Our family of 7 stayed for a Christmas getaway. The kitchen was stocked with ample cook and dinner wear. It even had basic seasonings and condiments. There were plenty of towels and bedding. The home had a homey feel that helped us relax and enjoy our time with loved ones. Thank you.

Comfortable home in the beautiful setting of Mary’s Lake area. Accommodates a large family with various ages. Easy access to RMNP and downtown Estes Park. The two balconies provide a space to watch wildlife during the day and the constellations at night.

Wonderful stay

The place was very clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen appliances were well thought of. Dishes and silverware were more than enough for a family of 6. We enjoyed the grill that was provided. The view from the living, room, dining room and the porch were spectacular. I don’t mind waking up and drinking my tea with that view in front of me. We truly enjoyed our stay and we will rebook the next time we go back to Estes.

Rocky Mountain Nat'l Park

We used this lovely home for our base while exploring RMNP. Beautiful home, lots of space, great views, an Elk (calf) came by every morning to eat the leaves from the trees in the front of the house, and the owner was very communicative and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed at this property during recent vacation to Estes Park. Was very happy with the condo. Plenty of space for the kids and seating in the living room to relax in the evening. Location has very nice views and is a short drive to RMNP. Would stay here again in the future.

An amazing stay!

My family and I booked this wonderful rental in order to attend a wedding and we loved every minute! The condo was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. The home is so well equipped, clean, and nestled perfectly for beautiful morning views. My family and I enjoyed our stay tremendously. Only a few small maintenance issues that would have made it 5 out of 5. I would recommend this VRBO and book again.

Great location--just minutes away from Estes Park. Actually, we stayed here with extended family to be relatively close to Boulder for CU graduation. Easy check in, check out; beautiful, comfortable, and clean home; has everything you need. Great views, too--we especially enjoyed watching the elk meander right outside the back deck. We would definitely come here again.

Perfect Estes Park Getaway

We loved being in the Mary’s Lake area. Beautiful views in a calm and restful community… Our rental was perfect. Thank you, Monika, for providing such a lovely, well equipped home for our girl’s getaway. The three bedrooms provided separate space for each of us, and the common areas were spacious and comfortable. It was so nice to be able to put the car into the garage. The locale was accessible to everything we wanted to do. The next time we want/need a nice respite we will definitely look to book with you again.

We are Terry and Monika Jarvis. Terry originally came from Somerset, England and I am from Southern Germany. We have 4 grown children and 6 grands, most of them in Colorado. We moved to the US over 20 years ago from Austria and love Colorado with its mountains, clean air, blue skies and wonderful friendly people.
We have done a ton of traveling in our life and never tire of beautiful places.
As a family we love to come to the condo whenever possible and just never tire of sitting on the deck watching wildlife, the mountains, the lake or just reading a good book. I have loved setting up the condo and added many things that I would enjoy if I were to go stay at a rental. Hope you feel at home and have a great time.

Why they chose this property

We started doing vacation rentals in our mother in law apt of our house in Larkspur and have loved it. Then a few years later we bought a cottage in Estes and used it for vacation rentals. This condo we bought a couple of years ago brand new. We couldn't resist the amazing views.

What makes this property unique

The condo is large enough to spread out if you are a large group. Yet even if there is only two of you it is very cosy and comfortable. Having two large tv's is convenient if not everyone wants to watch the same movies.
