Perfect Tuscan Styled Park City Recreation Home

We are located in a Cul-de-Sac right on the PC golf course with unobstucted views to the South from the Living and Master Bedroom windows. Beautiful open concept Great Room connecting the Kitchen, Dining and Living rooms. Cozy gas fireplace, a hot tub and sauna available for our guests. Enjoy the entire home for you and your guests.
4 Bedrooms and 3 full baths make sleeping and preparing for the day comfortable and easy for up to 6-8 guests. Full well stocked kitchen for the Gourmet chief and a gas grill on the patio for the Master Griller.
Location is ideal for everything. Located in Thaynes Canyon area of PC, you are minutes from all recreation sites within the PC area year round. Skiing, Biking, Hiking, Zip Lines, the Olympic Training center, Restaurants, Pubs, shopping, and the list goes on. Way too much to mention within a short drive of 13 Claimjumper Ct. Also, you have easy access to PC Public Transportation. Just a short walk or drive from the house and the Bus Stop awaits with FREE access to all points of interest within PC. The local grocery, and other personal needs, stores are also so close by and convenient.
You have garage parking available with provided snow removal in the winter and landscaping service year round.
Winter Guests are required to clear Snow and Ice from stairs and walkways to provide safe access to premises. Ice melt is provided in buckets located at the front and garage doors. Please inform Host if Ice melt is getting low.
We strive to assure that the house is clean, and well stocked with essentials. Please contact the host if you encounter any needs we overlooked.

Nice but dated

Interesting house but very dated. Equity but with low end stuff. Think Amazon basic. Outstanding location being right on the golf course and great views of the mountain.Good place to “hang your hat” and if you are more interested in being out and about then in the house then you will like it.

All the comforts of home

My husband and I stayed here for the month of March and loved it! Jim was very responsive both before and during our stay. The home was equipped with everything we could have asked for: comfortable bed and LR furniture, well-stocked kitchen, strong wifi, full-size washer & dryer, large garage. We LOVED the gas fireplace and the stunning view of the mountains and barn. It was nice to have the option to walk to the Silver Star lift when the PCMR parking lot was full (we did it twice), although at 0.6 mile, a bit of a schlep in ski boots carrying skis. The bus stop cuts the distance in half. The only disappointment was the hot tub (small, weak jets, not hot enough), but overall, a terrific property. We would absolutely stay here again.

Park City - Winter 2021

We had a great time at this property. The house was well-stocked and well-maintained. There was plenty of space for multiple families or groups of friends. The living room was the perfect space for gathering as a group and we loved the fireplace. It had a beautiful view of the mountains, which looked especially nice after snow. The house is well-situated near PC Mountain, Canyons and main street, where many of the restaurants are located. It was only a short drive to Fresh Market or a slightly longer drive to Whole Foods. The property manager was responsive and we were able to contact him several times throughout the stay. We would recommend this house for a Winter (or Summer) trip to PC!

The owner only used this house for personnel use and only on occasion never as a primary residence. He is Italian and therefore the decorating influence is understandable.
Only light use of all the amenities and the house has been well maintained with professional care.

Why they chose this property

If your looking for a very comfortable and private mountain retreat with stunning views, this is absolutely the right place for you. We are also conveniently located close to all teh activities available in the Summit County/Park City, UT area. Shopping, Historic PC Main Street, Ski resorts (4 within 10-15 mins), Summer activities like mountain biking, hiking, fishing, Etc. It is all here and easy to get to. Plus, if you want and Urban experience Salt Lake City is less than one hour away from downtown.

What makes this property unique

Serenity and privacy. Beautiful unobstructed views of the local mountains from the living room or patio.
