Great location for exploring the Belluno Dolomites

We stayed in this property five years ago and enjoyed it so much we came back for a second time. It is a lovely, quirky and homely apartment in a traditional palazzo in the historic centre of Feltre. Giuliana is a very friendly and helpful host and everything was just perfect. Venice, Verona and Lake Garda are all within easy reach with a car and it is a great location for getting up into the mountains. We would certainly recommend staying here.

Sfeervol huis

Ruim en sfeervol oud huis in de stadskern van een niet toeristisch authentiek Italiaans stadje. Het contact met Giuliana verliep soepel. Vragen werden na aankomst snel beantwoord via de app. Zeer ruime woning met balkon. Huiselijk ingericht. Alles aanwezig. Ligt aan een rustig dorpsplein. Wel met de normale stadsgeluiden uiteraard. Mooie uitvalsbasis voor zowel wandelingen in de Dolomieten als steden als Padova, Vicenza en Bassano. Parkeren is op afstand. Giuliana heeft tips voor gratis parkeren. Buiten het stadje is dit gratis. Ongeveer 10 minuten lopen via de tunnel die onder de stad doorloopt. We hebben het meest genoten van het stadje zelf waar het Italiaanse ritme zijn gang gaat.

A lovely Place

This Loft is awesome. So much Space, so many Rooms, very clean, very well equipped, lovely Interior Furnishings. And your Host, Giuliana, she is so friendly and helpful. The communication was very good. Thank you so much. We enjoyed our time. It is an extraordinary Place. You have to stay there. Das Loft ist riesengroß und sehr schön eingerichtet. Man fühlt sich hier sehr wohl. Wir waren Silvester 2019/2020 hier und es war wirklich überragend. Alle Dinge, die man braucht, sind vorhanden. Es ist ruhig und sehr sauber. Und die Gastgeberin hilft bei allen Fragen. Auch die Lage ist optimal. Man erreicht alles schnell und gut zu Fuß (Markt, Bioladen, Bahnhof...). Wenn wir wieder in der Nähe sind, dann werden wir garantiert wieder hier übernachten.

Arriving later than expected and getting lost, we were kindly offered help by G. Trying to find us which was really appreciated. The apartment is stunning, and you feel so well looked after. Breakfast and cake was provided and the location was utterly stunning. Thank you for making our holiday so special.

Sporting Feltre

Very good size, well located in the heart of the old town, easy to drop of luggage and then park the car in a free car park less than 10 minutes away. Many options for eating and also supermarkets close at hand. Ideal if you are riding the Sportful Granfondo which starts virtually on the doorstep and finishes within 300m of the apartment. Quite cool even in 30+ Temps.

A lovely spacious apartment in a great location

We rented the apartment for two weeks in September and had a fabulous holiday. It is bright, spacious and comfortable and has everything we needed. The Juliet balcony is a delight. The apartment is situated in the historic centre of Feltre with its quaint streets and old buildings. Just round the corner through the old town gate lies the modern town of Feltre with bars, shops and restaurants. It is a modern lively town and very friendly. We enjoyed exploring the Bellunesi Dolomites national park from Feltre. It is only a 20 minute drive up into the mountains where we had some great walks. We also went further afield to Venice (by train) and Lake Garda which is within easy driving distance for a day trip. Thank you Giuliana for letting us stay in your beautiful apartment - we would certainly recommend it.

heel gezellige warme ruime woning

Heel fijne woning die veel warmte en gezelligheid uitstraalt, genoten van de ruimte die we hadden, Guiliana biedt veel comfort zoals uitgebreid aanbod handdoeken, goed gevulde keuken met producten, alle voorzieningen waren er. Het was er heel warm en druk, ook 's nachts omwille van de vele festiviteiten die plaatsvonden in het dorp en op de piazza. Het is een mooie uitvalbasis om de buurt te verkennen.. aanrader is cima grappa, met de trein zijn we naar venetie geweest, er zijn prachtige plekjes te ontdekken zoals de azurragrot in Mel, die je als toerist niet zou vinden wanneer je het niet weet.... maar dankzij een inwoner hebben we ze gevonden. Je kan in de stad ook plekjes vinden waar je voor een mooi prijsje kan eten met gezin van 5; Wij zijn blij dat we en het appartement hebben bewoond en Feltre hebben ontdekt. We waren er bijna 14 dagen en hebben ze goed kunnen vullen met allerlei activiteiten. Nog een aanrader is om elektrische fietsen te huren en dan de bergen in te rijden...

Atmosfera magnifica

Noi siamo andati a Feltre per uno stage di pattinaggio, quindi cercavamo principalmente praticità e comodità di fruizione ma....abbiamo trovato molto di più!! Fermo restando il soddisfacimento delle nostre esigenze, non potevamo rimanere indifferenti al grandissimo fascino ed al calore sprigionati dalla location e dal bellissimo loft che ci ha ospitati...perché noi ci siamo sentiti ospitati sia dalla struttura che dalla proprietaria che, seppur discretissima (l'abbiamo vista solo all'arrivo per 10 minuti), era presente in ogni piccolo, curatissimo angolo della struttura, tanto da farla risultare così bella, accogliente e caratteristica, da trasformare i nostri rari momenti di relax in una bellissima e poetica vacanza ...... pochi piccoli dettagli, peraltro già rappresentati alla gent.ma sig.ra Giuliana, la quale, data la sua precisione e professionalità provvederà sicuramente a perfezionare, non possono minimamente allontanare l'esperienza dal massimo punteggio e ben oltre il valore atteso!! speriamo di tornarci presto!!

Casa molto grande, ideale per gruppi fino a 6 persone. Zona giorno grande con angolo cucina ed un bagno al primo piano, mentra al piano superiore zona notte, composto da tre camere (di cui una munita di bagno all'interno) ed un bagno. Giuliana, la proprietaria, molto disponibile.

Formidable séjour

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Giuliana. Son superbe appartement est décoré avec soin, goût et poésie. Un plaisir de l'œil permanent. Spacieux et confortable, nous nous y sommes sentis très à l'aise. Nous avons choisi de garer l'auto sur le parking gratuit situé à 10 minutes. Pour ce faire, il faut traverser la cité historique et prendre les sentiers de la butte : une superbe promenade. Il est possible d'amener l'auto pour charge et décharge au pied de l'édifice. Je recommande vivement d'autant que Feltre est une ville splendide.

Casa molto bella

La casa è molto grande, arredata con gusto, calda e la posizione è ottima (ristoranti e negozi a qualche metro / supermercato a 2 minuti a piedi). Possibilità di parcheggio gratis a 8 minuti a piedi. Siamo stati 3 giorni a Feltre e abbiamo mangiato quasi sempre fuori ma per chi dovesse rimanere più a lungo, mancano forse un po' di pentole/cuccume e un armadio nella stanza. La consiglio

Relaxing holidays

As two families with one 11 year kid each, we stayed at this most charming apparment. All the booking-communication was very uncompicated and Giuliana always responded immediately. Giuliana gave us a warm welcome at our arrival and introduced us perfectly into the peculiarities of the appartment, which we found as described on the fotos. Giuliana even had provided some food basics which was really a nice surprise. The best thing about the flat its abundant space on two floors. As the bedrooms are all in the second floor, the kids could sleep above and the adults could remain seated with a glass of wine. In the immediate vicinity of Giuliana's place there is a nice coffe-bar and also a charming Osteria. So if you decide to not use the kitchen once in a while, you just make a few steps down the street. Feltre is certainly not a bustling metropolis but a most charming medieval town with a lot of things to discover. We liked it very much and thanks to Giuliana and her appartment have really enjoyed our stay. Christoph

photos mensongères . pas de parking ( parque mètre ) nous sommes 6 et 3 fourchettes deux cuillères à café 3 couteaux 2 grandes assiettes le reste a soupe. les meubles et lits pas comme sur les photo. pas très propre 1 essuie. par personne pour une semaine pas de four a micro -onde ,une casserole pour la cuisine et les autres pas possible de cuire 2 fauteuils et 4 chaises pour 6 pas de rangement pour les vêtements sauf une a roulette pour 6 dans une chambre je devais avoir les clés à 12 h j'aie du attendre deux heures et 5 minutes pour me faire visité un un coup de vent . bien triste à ne pas refaire
