Great house, complete, spacious, clean

Enjoyed a week on the shore including surfing. The town is nice, good atmosphere even at the end of September. No big city close (Nantes is very nice, a little over an hour to drive) . But all we wanted for a relaxed week. Very much enjoyed the house with big garden.

Relaxing Days @Saint Gilles

We have enjoyed some 12 days in a very fine house and a really relaxing environment. Although an unusual wave of high temperatures during the beginning of June did surprise us we felt well protected by the house itself due to the construction and south/west window protection (ground floor), however this without any air conditioning. Check-in and check-out and contact with the owner very pragmatic. Conny & Olaf

Le gîte est parfait, bien rénové. Il est bien situé près du centre de Saint Gilles et près de la grande plage. On peut tout faire à pied !

Viva Micasa !

Maison très agréable, refaite à neuf, lumineuse et assez proche des commerces, de la plage et des voies cyclistes et piétonnes. Grand jardin avec terrain de pétanque et belle terrasse Quartier calme et reposant. Très bon séjour en septembre 2024. Reviendrions avec plaisir

Agréable séjour dans une belle maison bien équipée. Un très beau jardin avec une grande terrasse pour prendre ses repas. Les commerces à proximités ainsi que la plage. Tout cela à pied . Nous reviendrons avec plaisir dans la maison de Maud et Rodrigue

La maison est charmante et très confortable, le jardin avec son boulodrome permet de bons moments. L'emplacement est idéal et tout se fait à pied. Maud et Rodrigue sont très accueillants, nous avons passé un très agréable séjour !

Un excellent séjour à Mi-Casa !!

Une excellente semaine passée à Mi-Casa pendant ces vacances de printemps. Rodrigue et Maud sont des hôtes très attentionnés et attentifs au bon déroulement des vacances de leurs locataires. La maison est très spacieuse et superbement décorée. Il ne manque rien en équipements et appareils électroménagers, et le jardin est un régal pour les enfants. Idéalement située ; à quelques minutes à pied du centre ville et de la plage et dans un environnement très calme. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir et nous recommandons évidemment.

Schönes Haus in ruhiger Umgebung

Wir hatten einen schönen und entspannten Aufenthalt, das Haus ist gut eingerichtet, lediglich die Küche könnte etwas besser ausgestattet sein. Der Kontakt zu den Eigentümern war einfach und freundlich. Entgegen den Bildern: es sind keine Bettwäsche und Handtücher vorhanden.

Charmante maison vivement recommandée

Charmante maison, spacieuse, décorée avec beaucoup de goût. Nous étions 6 adultes et avons apprécié l’accueil de nos hôtes, le confort de la maison, le calme du quartier et la proximité à pied de la plage et du centre ville. Tout y était pour finir 2022 et débuter 2023 dans un excellent environnement! Merci à Maud et à Rodrigue

Fijne en mooi gerenoveerde vakantiewoning

Deze vakantiewoning ligt in een rustige straat vlak bij de kade waar de nodige restaurants te vinden zijn. Ben je goed ter been dan bereik je binnen een half uur rustig lopend het mooi strand. De woning is zeer recent volledig gerenoveerd en heeft een comfortabel ingerichte keuken, mooie badkamer (helaas met een barst in de wastafel) en drie ruime slaapkamers. De woning is geschikt voor 6 personen maar dan moet het niet om 6 volwassenen gaan. Dan ontbreekt het in en buiten de woning aan voldoende zitcomfort. Er is een grote omheinde tuin met speeltoestellen voor kinderen en een jeu-de-boulle-baan. Wij hadden zelf onze fietsen bij ons maar ben je niet in de gelegenheid om die mee te nemen dan staan er bij de vakantiewoning 4 fietsen die je kunt gebruiken. Bad - keuken en bedlinnen dien je zelf mee te nemen. Dat betekent voor 6 personen het nodige aan extra bagage. (vraag vooraf even de maten van de bedden op) De gastvrouw is uiterst vriendelijk en geeft bij aankomst uitgebreid informatie over wandel en fietsmogelijkheden als over markten, winkels en andere activiteiten in het stadje. Wij hebben in dit huis een prima verblijf gehad en eerlijk is eerlijk het weer zat ook mee gelet op de tijd van het jaar. (eind september)

A Very Pleasant Week

The house is very nice and as described on the web site. The location is excellent and it is only a 5-10 minute walk into the town . Car parking at the property is not a problem at all. There is a very pleasant garden to use with garden furniture and a boules court if you wish. Two minor problems ( though not for the two of us) is that there is no bath and only one shower for 3 bedrooms. Also the upstairs bedrooms have no hanging space in wardrobes for clothes. We thoroughly recommend the property however, particularly for a family with young children.

Bonnes vacances

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la maison de Maud et Rodrigue. l´accueil était très chaleureux. La maison est très propre et décorée avec gout. Elle est bien située dans un quartier calme. On peut se déplacer facilement à pied pour aller à la plage, faire les courses et dans St Gilles Croix de Vie.

Nos deux skippers et leur préparateur ont passé un très bon séjour dans cette belle maison avec jardin située à moins de 10min à pied du port. Je recommande vivement !
