Luxury T3 apartment upstairs with fully equipped private terrace and offering a splendid sea view of the Gulf of Ajaccio to the Sanguinaires Islands.

Located in the municipality of Pietrosella at the place called "Vignale", beach access can be done on foot (Stanella beach at 200 meters). The superb beaches of the Rupione as well as the silver beach (Mare e sole) are only a few minutes away by car.

Close to all amenities (pharmacy, supermarket, restaurants, water activities...).

Residence of 6 comfortable and completely renovated apartments, in a wooded park with sea view swimming pool.

Fenced parking with digicode.

All apartments are air-conditioned and have a Wi-Fi connection.

- living room with sea view, equipped with a TV, a sofa bed and an equipped kitchen (fridge, dishwasher, induction hob, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and dishes).

- beautiful terrace with sea view and fully equipped (dining table, parasol, electric barbecue, deckchairs, drying rack)

- bathroom with walk-in shower, washbasin, towel dryer, hair dryer.

- bedroom 1 with 160cm bed, TV and storage.

- bedroom 2 with 2 beds of 90cm (possibility of pairing them to make a double bed) and storage.

Also available, a common laundry room with washing machine as well as a bowling alley.

Le soleil, la mer, la piscine et la plage !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour avec une vue imprenable sur la mer, sur la baie d’Ajaccio et les iles Sanguinaires. Appartement confortable, sans vis-à-vis, climatisation, bien insonorisé, avec grande terrasse, piscine et des belles plages à proximité, dont une à côté à pied. Correspondant tout à fait à ce que nous souhaitions avec nos deux ’grands’ enfants. Inoubliable ! Merci beaucoup, dès que l’on peut on revient ;) bisous

Superbe

Nous occupions l’appartement N1 au 1er étage. Super propre, fonctionnel et la terrasse immense avec vue super dégagée sur le golf d’Ajaccio et les montagnes😍😍😍. Tous les soirs nous pouvions admirer le coucher de soleil sur les îles Sanguinaires toujours différents 🥰. La vue est tout simplement splendide 🥰. La résidence est très bien située (porticcio a 10 mn) et bcp de plages à proximité. La plage en bas de la résidence est vraiment à à peine 10 mn de marche et est top 👍. Si on doit trouver un point négatif c’est la route en contrebas qui est très passagère même en septembre donc bruyante. Mais la vue fait tout oublier. Bref, un super séjour qui nous manque déjà

Superbe résidence idéalement placée !

Il s’agit de notre deuxième séjour au sein de la résidence du vignale. Résidence idéalement située à deux pas de la Stagnola. Notre logement disposait d’une immense terrasse avec une vue à coupée le souffle sur le golfe d’Ajaccio. Le logement était fonctionnel et en excellent état. Je recommande sans réserve. Merci aux propriétaires pour leur excellent et chaleureux accueil.

Traumwohnung

Die Anlage ist traumhaft, super gepflegt und die Wohnung seeehr sauber. Absolutes Highlight sind die großzügige Terrasse mit dem atemberaubenden Blick auf den Golf von Ajaccio und der tolle Pool. Ein schöner Sandstrand ist nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Wenn es nicht so weit von Deutschland entfernt wäre, kämen wir mehrmals im Jahr hierher.

Grand confort

Nous avons passé un séjour de 2 semaines très agréable dans une résidence très bien équipée. Accès à pieds à de très jolies plages, proximité des commerces à Porticcio. Lieu idéal pour sillonner l’ouest de la Corse. Residence de grand confort et un propriétaire attentif aux souhaits de ses locataires.

Merci à Patrick pour son accueil, sa disponibilité et sa bienveillance. Nous avons passé un excelle séjour dans l’appartement 1 décoration épurée et soigneuse, le nécessaire cuisine impeccable, terrasse avec une vue magnifique sur le golf d’Ajaccio et le coucher de soleil sur les Iles Sanguinaires ! Piscine au sel transats douche parasols, tout y est et d’une propreté irréprochable. Laverie commune ...bref de très belle prestations Nous recommandons sans hésiter ! Merci Patrick

Ideal pour un superbe sejour

Location très agréable, claire et très propre, très bien situee avec une vue superbe du golf d Ajaccio. Nombreuses Plages à proximité dont une à 200 m. Propriétaire à l'écoute de nos besoins, très réactif tout en sachant rester très discret et très aimable. Vraiment un lieu idéal pour de superbes vacances. Allez y les yeux fermés.

Bonne prestation

Appartement très bien situé. Il y a une vue sur mer magnifique et pour aller à la plage (300 mètres)vous n'avez qu'une route à traverser. Appartement moderne, bien agencé et très propre avec une superbe terrasse.La piscine est très bien entretenue. Le seul coté négatif est qu'il est situé à coté d'une route où il y a un passage de voitures. Sinon nous avons passé une excellent semaine.

le paradis sur terre!!!

un accueil formidable, une vue magnifique, un logement très bien équipé. Les commodités ne sont vraiment pas loin , la plage en dessous est formidable .Pour les sportifs il y a de quoi se régaler.. à l'année prochaine!!!! Jérôme et Cendrine (les bretons..)
