Gîte avec vue sur la mer du salon ou assis à la table de la cuisine au 1er étage !

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans ce gîte et ne pouvons que le recommander. Très bon contact avec les propriétaires et un petit cadeau de bienvenue nous attendait a notre arrivée 😍 décoré avec goût sans faire dans le bon chic bon genre. Juste ce qu'il faut pour être à l'aise et surtout profiter de la vue sur la mer par les 2 fenêtres du 1er étage qui a été intelligement aménagé en salon cuisine. Les chambres et salle de bain ont étés reléguées au rez-de-chaussée. Vous pouvez profiter du coup du magnifique paysage du sofa ou ou assis à la table de la cuisine. De l'unique fenêtre du rez, on voit juste des voitures garées devant la maison... Donc très bien vu par les propriétaires lors de la grosse rénovation.

Agréable séjour

Très joli hébergement, clair confortable, bien équipé et idéalement situé sur la digue face à la plage à proximité immédiate des commerces et restaurants avec une vue superbe sur la mer. Seul petit bémol, une chambre borgne séparée de la salle de bain commune par une verrière.

Außergewöhnliche Sicht auf den Atlantik

Das kleine Ferienhäuschen liegt sehr günstig direkt am Badestrand. Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch super, alles in Lauf Nähe und auch ansonsten ist man überall mitten drin im Geschehen. Auch zu den lokalen ist es nur einige Minuten. Was sich manchmal ziemlich schwierig gestaltet, ist die Parkplatzsuche. und außerdem wäre es wünschenswert, wenn das Schloss und die Türklinke in der Eingangstür instandgesetzt werden. Die Lage des es Koch Wohnbereichs im ersten Stock ist absolut ideal!

Tolle Aussicht

Wir haben im Juli eine Woche in dem liebevoll renovierten Häuschen verbracht. Das Haus entspricht der Beschreibung, die Aussicht vom Wohn/Essbereich auf das Meer ist top! Zu erwähnen ist, dass das Kinderzimmer und das angrenzende Bad mit einer Schiebetür verbunden sind (der Zugang zum Bad ist jedoch auch über die separate Toilette möglich). An sich gut gelöst, zumal dadurch das Kinderzimmer Tageslicht/Frischluft erhält, aber dadurch ist es auch sehr hellhörig. Die Lage – direkt am der Standpromenade – ist toll. Parkplätze an der Promenade sind vorhanden (kostenlos). Bäcker, Restaurants, etc. fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern klappte gut und wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen.

Mega Aussicht und top Lage

Mit viel Geschmack eingerichtetes Häuschen, clever umgestaltet (mit Beibehaltung gewisser Elemente aus dem Originalzustand - stylisch), so dass der Bereich Küche/Wohn/Esszimmer, der sich jetzt oben befindet und mit neuen Fenstern ausgestattet wurde, den 100% Genuß der tollen Aussicht garantiert! Eine reiche Auswahl an Restaurants und die Geschäfte sind nahbei und damit fußläufig erreichbar Großer Kühlschrank, Küche mit ausreichend Stauraum für Lebensmittel! Wir haben uns auch über die Aufmerksamkeiten zur Begrüßung gefreut:-) Kleine Nachteile, die aber keinen Sternabzug rechtfertigen: Kinderzimmer hat keinen eigenen Zugang zu Tageslicht, sondern über das angrenzende Bad, das wiederum ist aber auch günstigerweise über den separaten WC Raum zugänglich, und der etwas mangelnde Stauraum in den Schlafzimmern Rundum ein tolles Häuschen, zu empfehlen!!!

Superbe maison

Wonderful appartment, in city but quiet

Wonderful location by the sea, stunning view. Nicely decorated. Everything you need is there. In a town with restaurants closeby but also secluded and quiet. Great place.
