Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour. La piscine, le trempoling adorés des enfants. Le propriétaire est très réactif lorsque nous avons eu une demande pour une chaise haute bébé qui nous manquait. De très jolies balades en vélo Nous reviendrons

Super séjour dans la Villa Kerdelan

Villa au top et conforme à la description. On se sent comme à la maison avec tout le confort et les équipements. La piscine intérieure est très appréciable. Nous avons passé un super séjour au sein de la Villa qui nous a permis de découvrir le Golfe du Morbihan et ses alentours. Le propriétaire Guénolé est très sympathique et de bons conseils tout comme Geneviève qui s'occupe de la conciergerie. Super villa que nous recommandons sans soucis et à laquelle nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Excellent séjour dans une maison extrêmement agréable à vivre

Cette maison est parfaitement située dans le golfe du Morbihan. La vue du salon est magnifique. Très proche de la côte mais aussi de Vannes et des commerces indispensables. Il y a de très bons restaurants à moins de 5 mn en voiture. Elle est confortable et d'une propreté exemplaire avec d'excellents équipements intérieurs et extérieurs. Le propriétaire comme Stéphane du service de conciergerie sont toujours bienveillants, disponibles et réactifs.

The house is excellent, but...

We are very satisfied with these house in essence. The indoor pool is super, and we used it many times. The freezer, the kitchen and the dishes were really complete. On the negative side, it should be noted that the blind on the upper terrace is not extendable, so that the blazing sun shines on it all day. The succinct mail from the administrator "there is a parasol" is strange, as this is absolutely no substitute. The house was only apparently clean, the wrong garbage can (with tap) is filled to the top with garbage from the previous tenants and stinks. The nozzles of the dishwasher were completely clogged. It needs one hour to make the grillstation ready for use. And in a house of this price range, at least 1 international TV channel would be desirable.

Séjour Printemps 2023 en famille

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la maison de Guénolé. Elle est très bien équipée pour passer de bons moments en famille. La plage est vraiment proche et accessible à pied ou en vélo. Guénolé a été très disponible tout au long de notre séjour pour répondre à nos questions.

Notre séjour à Baden s’est extrêmement bien passé notamment grâce à l’accueil chaleureux et bien pensé de Guénolé et Tom. La maison est exactement comme sur les photos et est bien située pour pouvoir profiter au mieux de la région. Je recommande fortement.

Posto meraviglioso, proprietà potenzialmente meravigliosa

La struttura sembra non nascere per essere affittata, in quanto molti dettagli sono curati (finestre, piscina, luci, infrastruttura). L'idea che ci siamo fatti, però, è che nel tempo sia diventato strumento da mettere a rendimento, visti i prezzi a cui viene affittata. Il problema è che la pulizia della casa lascia a desiderare, potrebbero lasciare meno cose in giro per semplificarne notevolmente la pulizia tra soggiorno e soggiorno (cucina, stoviglie, lavastoviglie, macchine del caffé, rifatte completamente). La biancheria (letti ed asciugamani) scarseggia e la loro qualità/pulizia molto lontane dall'ambizione della struttura. Anzi, senza offesa per la proprietà, davvero di qualità ed igiene molto bassa. Si comprende il rischio di fornire servizi ad ospiti poco attenti (diciamo incivili), ma così quelli che invece hanno cura si sentino penalizzati, parecchio: Detto ciò, il posto è bello per disposizione e logistica, un po' caro per il servizio erogato. Non ci è piaciuta la gestione della richiesta della caparra all'arrivo, senza preavviso, poi risolta con disponibilità della proprietà, questo va riconosciuto. Così come non averci addebitato il costo per aver perso una chiave dell'ingresso (colpa nostra). Proprietà gentile ed accogliente.

Tolles Haus mit Schwimmbad

Das Objekt ist sehr gepflegt, das Schwimmbad wurde gerade erneuert und mit einem zusätzlichem Bad ausgestattet; der Garten ist ebenfalls neu angelegt und sehr schön. Insgesamt ein sehr zu empfehlendes Objekt für einen tollen Urlaub mit einer großen Familie

Séjour breton au calme

Maison située dans un hameau très calme.Jardin entièrement clôturé, idéal pour les enfants et animal de compagnie. Bien équipé avec trampoline, table de ping-pong et barbecue mais peu utilisé car la bouteille de gaz a rendu l’âme à la première cuisson. La piscine couverte est un réelle atout dans la région!! Prévoir tout de même un moyen de locomotion car maison située à distance des commerces. Port blanc se situe à 15min à pied, idéal départ Île aux Moines et ses quelques restaurants. Endroit favorable pour passer des vacances au calme et sillonner le golfe du Morbihan. Petit cadeau de Bienvenue très sympathique de la part des propriétaires!
