Breathtaking Views in this beautiful 2 bedrm 2 bath condo in Resort area!!!!

2 Bedrm/2 Bath Oceanfront Condo in beautiful, up-scale resort area! We have just completely renovated our oceanfront pools in May, 2022. They are right beside our on-site, oceanfront restaurant/bar. $469/night night during "peak" season and $229/night during the "off" season. Monthly rentals are also available during the winter months for $2,200/month.

Come relax on the balcony, overlooking the pools and ocean! Enjoy the ocean breeze and beautiful sunrise each morning! Simply breath-taking and so relaxing!!!

This condo is very comfortable and fully furnished to make your vacation a wonderful experience, with lots of great memories. It is also pet friendly! We take pride in making sure that everything is exceptionally maintained to our very high standards! Your satisfaction is our top priority! Nothing makes us happier than having our guests return year after year to stay with us!

Clean and comfortable condo with great location

I would definitely stay here again. The location is perfect with the pool, beach, and a good restaurant only steps away. The condo itself is well appointed and thoroughly cleaned with a great view. In particular, the beds are comfortable. The host is kind and easy to work with, even if some communication was a bit delayed. I’d gladly stay here again! Definitely recommend

Good place with restaurant adjoining. Excellent restaurant service. No pool chair service but pick up from restaurant bar available. Don’t expect this to be a fine resort similar to finer resort options at Kiwah SC, Tampa/St. Petersburg FL, Sea Island GA or gulf panhandle areas. For a no fuss, minimal expectation stay at a dated accommodation close to sand dunes & non-crystal blue ocean for play/stay, it’s very good. Management was superior with 2 issues we had day 1. Thanks Rhonda!

This condo is just perfect. It's roomy and comfortable. Not to mention so clean!! We felt right at home. The view from the balcony is simply breathtaking. It was our 2nd time staying here and we will definitely go back. Rhonda is simply the best - very responsive and keeps us informed.

Pleasant surprise and best kept secret

I never heard of Tybee Island, GA before I found this offer in VRBO. It turned out to be a gem in atmosphere, things to do, proximity to Savannah and Hilton Head plus a beachfront dog friendly condo property with balcony overlooking the ocean and two pools. Restaurants are seafood and Mexican amazing. We found our favorite spot as good as any Caribbean destination we have experienced including palm trees only 4.5 hours from home. Whoopeee!

Just what we needed for a short vacay. The pool area was perfect for us and the kids, and the bar and restaurant were a big bonus for the one time we ate out. We enjoyed our stay!

The condo unit was clean upon entering and was well kept. We enjoy this property since it has two nice pools, a restaurant and easy access to the pool. The only thing that we would suggest changing about the condo is a bigger TV in the living room.

Beachside heaven

Our family of four had a wonderful week at the Beachside Colony. The location on the island was amazing as was the view from the balcony! The beach was perfect - not a ton of people for mid-July. The pools were perfect to jump into after spending the day at the beach or in the evening. The condo was well stocked with pretty much whatever we needed! Beds were also comfortable. My only complaint is the delivery trucks that showed up several mornings at 5am or 6am right outside our windows with deliveries for the bar and grill - back up beeping and engines left idling for hours. Also, very early morning trash pick-up woke us up. On the bright side - we did get up to watch an amazing sunrise since we were already awake! Overall, very happy with our stay in this beautiful location!

The property was beautiful. It was convenient to everything, everything we needed was provided there. View from our balcony was perfect. Spent every night watching some of the ships come in and the most beautiful sunsets I have ever seen! Would definitely stay here again! I have absolutely nothing negative to say about our stay there.

Beautiful view

Wonderful condo with spectacular view! Has everything you need. The pool is great. Easy to get in & out of pool. My sister & I are older & have knee, back, & shoulder issues. The only thing that would have made it easier for us would have been for the beds to be not so high, for the toilets to be handicap height & for the sofa & chair in the living room to be firmer or higher to get up from. These are things that would have made it easier for us but not a show stopper. The view made up for everything!

Clean condo with a nice view

Really enjoyed our stay in Rhonda's unit. It is squeaky clean, nicely furnished and well-equipped. The balcony with the view of the pools and the beach is delightful. We found the beds to be comfortable and the towels were oversized and fluffy. We mostly cooked our own meals while we were there and found the kitchen to be more than adequate for our needs. The complex has two pools - one is heated and one is not heated. We were there in early April and the heated pool was getting a lot of use. The beach is a short convenient walk. And there is a restaurant and bar on the premises. Parking seemed ample and convenient. If you are a light sleeper, I would recommend that you bring either a white noise machine or some ear plugs as there is some road noise from Butler Ave in the primary bedroom. Butler is the major road on the island. But we found it easily mitigated if you prepare for it.
