Conveniently located near the loop 101 freeway, with easy access to everything!

There is a Ring doorbell outside that covers the front of the home. There is a camera in the living room, please make sure to unplug it upon arrival for your privacy.

Great spot with lots of space

We were in a quite and small cul-de-sac in a large open house and backyard which was perfect for a group of family and friends. Owner was easy to get a hold of, communicate with, and was incredibly accommodative to our questions and requests.

Great location - little more traffic noise than expected

The house itself is very vice, however, a home of this caliber with such a hand kitchen and grand bar entertainment area, you expect a certain quality of bedrooms and baths, and the house clearly has a “master bed” but it’s locked off and apparently. Or offered for rent. Instead you get this great house and great yard and 4 kids bedrooms which barely fit the queen beds inside and two shared bathrooms, no suite. Also no real dining room table, just a huge bean bag chair where a nice round table could go, so all meals had to be eaten in kitchen at large Island. As I said one expects at least one suite, and there are clearly two rooms with double doors locked that we couldn’t access one of which I know is a master and the other is likely a second master.

Scottsdale Thanksgiving

This is a very nice property in a great location. It is well appointed for cooking, a Thanksgiving meal, and fun for adults: shuffleboard, darts, pool. Not having cable TV i.e.. no sports, news, parade was disappointing. Dirty dishes in the cupboards and a few non-working lights/remotes were as well. Overall, we had a great family gathering.

Great space and location.

Nice open space inside and out. Pool and outdoor patio and seating good capacity. Charcoal grill available. Great lounging and entertaining space inside. Heated pool very warm and clean. A few shortcomings on necessities that host eventually got remedied and a few kitchen appliances like a toaster lacking, but major appliances all good. Would rent again for family or adults wanting to entertain.

Need check in binder

Property manager was responsive. It might help if they had a binder or manual that gave some information about the house. Such as Wi-Fi, Wi-Fi password, how to operate the TVs, because we couldn’t get two of the TVs to work.
