This modern contemporary Villa stands in its own gated grounds in a quiet residential area.

Cala d'Or beach is a five minute walk away as is Cala d'Or town center with its various shops bars and restaurants.The stylish Marina, with its many waterside restaurants is a two minute stroll away.

This architect designed villa comprises four double bedrooms.Three on the first floor level including the master bedroom, with king size bed and en-suite facilities and a private balcony, and two twin bedrooms sharing a spacious balcony. There is also a family bathroom at this level.

One bedroom is located on the ground floor, with an adjacent shower room.

There is a fully equipped kitchen and a separate utility room. The lounge, dining room and kitchen are of open plan design overlooking the pool and terrace.

The garden has a 9 meter infinity type pool with space for sun loungers, sofas and a dining area together with a built in barbecue.

Awesome Villa in a great location

Fantastic Villa 5 mins walk to the Marina, 5 mins walk the other way and you’re in the centre. Local shop and lovely friendly (Italian owners) restaurant at the end of the road (2 mins walk). Villa has everything you need for a relaxing time with family. Facilities all excellent and the area is peaceful with the Villa being very private.

Perfect locao

We loved our stay! Perfect for a family vacation. You never have to get in a car to enjoy the beach, marina or downtown. The outdoor space is perfect . It was hot and we spent a lof time in the pool. Rent you won’t be disappointed.

Beautiful villa in a Beautiful location

The villa was clean, well equipped, and the location was prefect. Would definitely recommend to others. We came with a disabled family member who was able to move around the property and use the facilities without issue.

Amazing villa and perfect location.

Right in the heart of cala dor in between the marina and old town was perfect. 2 minute walk to a restaurant and supermarket. Villa was very private and inside and outside were in perfect condition. Recommended for familiy and friends

Perfect location, great home away from home

Great holiday home, situated perfectly just a 5 minute walk from the Marina with all the nice bars & restaurants, with just a 5 minute walk the other direction to the centre of town and the busier nightlife and shops. There's a small supermarket just a 2 minute walk away. The villa itself was perfect for us with our teenage kids and their friends, everything you would need with a comfortable outdoor area and pool for eating & chilling out, indoors air conditioned and comfortable beds and bathrooms, We'd happily return!

Great location, amazing pool

This was a lovely villa in a perfect location for us-a short walk to both the marina and the town. The villa was clean and a great layout for our group-5 adults and 2 children. We appreciated the little extras that were left-e.g. clean cloths, washing tablets etc. We had to contact the villa company twice and both times (once out of hours) they were extremely responsive and helpful and resolved the issue very promptly. But the highlight has to be the outside space-the pool was a great size and we spent most of our time in it. There was a large selection of sunbeds and a mix of sun and shade in the garden and over the pool at various times of day which was perfect for us! I would have no hesitation recommending this villa for similar groups, thanks for a great holiday.

Excellent Location but in need of Updating

We’ve just finished a 1 week stay at Villa Paraiso with 4 adults, 3 children. Firstly the location is ideal. A stones throw from the marina and close to cala d’or village. The pool area is pleasant with plenty of space for sunloungers. However, the inside is in need of updating. The downstairs aircon system needs a service as there is a strong smell of mould that comes from it. The downstairs utility room also smells of mould and there is visible damp. We were unable to use the downstairs bedroom as the mattress is so worn you can feel every spring.

Family Holiday

The property is as described on the website. Lovely quiet location, with easy walking distance to all amenities Some observations. Considering the cost, the beds could be more comfortable, especially the downstairs one, the bed linen could be of better quality, pillows and towels likewise, it would have been nice to have a towel refresh, the aircon in the “master bedroom” was very noisey, the fridge could be attached to the water supply so one could have cold water and ice on tap, it would be useful to have a booklet with all the instructions in one place, regarding the appliances (especially the television), also information regarding local recommendations, bus services etc, I know much of this can be searched on line, but nothing beats local knowledge, beware of the mosquitos, take an effective repellant.

Issues on arrival

Broken paving stone at edge of pool, one person almost fell into pool. Leak in upstairs toilet- plumber had to be called to repair on Monday. Broken door handle on upstairs bathroom - carpenter repaired on Tuesday. Safe not available until key delivered on Tuesday Broken dining room chair - could not be used.

Schöne Lage, toller Pool, teilweise abgewohnt

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt genossen: Pool, Größe und Lage sind wunderbar. Allerdings ist die Ausstattung teilweise sehr abgewohnt und für bis zu 8 Personen etwas dürftig. So waren z.B. ein Teil der Esszimmerstühle gebrochen, Eiswürfel- und Wasserspender defekt, Silikonfugen erneuerungsbedürftig etc. Das WLAN reicht nicht bis ins gesamte Obergeschoss. Ein undichtes WC wurde kurzfristig repariert. Was dringend überdacht werden sollte ist die Grundausstattung: 1 Küchenhandtuch ist definitiv zu wenig, leider fehlte es zudem an einem Staubsauger oder Besen (es gab nur ein Kinderspielbesen). Das angekündigte Bad-Kit (Zahnpasta, Bürste, Kamm, Duschhaube etc.) und das Willkommenspaket (u.a. mit Kaffee und Tee) wurden coronabedingt nicht bereitgestellt. Das haben wir leider erst vor Ort auf Nachfrage erfahren.

Sehr gute Lage, schönes Haus

Das Haus ist gut gepflegt und in einer sehr guten Lage. Die Duschen sind nicht ganz sauber. Die Stühle im Essbereich sind kaum noch zu gebrauchen. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Bei Problemen (Wasserpumpe defekt) wurde schnell ein Handwerker geschickt, das lief vorbildlich. Alles in Allem ein guter Aufenthalt. Gerne wieder!

Villa Paraiso

We spent 2 weeks in villa paraiso. It is a superb, spacious and well equipped villa in a peaceful location. It is ideally placed in, my view, the best part of cala dor, a very short walk to both the marina and the town. Pool superb and lovely grounds. Open Dor properties a superb agent very responsive to a very minor issue we needed to bother them with. Just book it and enjoy !

Fantastic location

The location of this villa is fantastic. Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac and just 5 minutes walk to the marina and it’s restaurants. The town is also approximately a 5 minute walk in the opposite direction to the marina with lots of restaurants and shops including two well stocked Spar supermarkets. At the end of the road is a great little restaurant for days when you don’t want to venture too far. Just up from the restaurant is a shop that sells freshly baked bread and pastries. The villa itself is very spacious and the outdoor space is great. There’s a few areas that need a freshen up like the sofas in the lounge that have seen better days and the shower cubicles could do with a thorough clean but these are all minor points. Open D’or are really great agents - any queries we had were dealt with immediately and professionally. Definitely would consider returning to this villa again.

Best Villa Rental so far

We absolutely loved this villa. Location unbeatable, so close to both the marina and town centre. Spotlessly clean and the pool and outdoor area was fantastic. We were 3 generations of one family and it really suited everyone's needs. Will most definitely be back!

Schöne 2 Wochen

Insgesamt hat uns das Objekt sehr gut gefallen. Das Mobiliar ist allerdings schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Stühle, Couch, Sonnenliegen, aber das kommt natürlich durch die Nähe zum Meer (salzhaltige Feuchtigkeit) Der Garten ist toll und man hat absolute Privatsphäre. Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es gibt eine gute Waschmaschine, aber keinen Trockner, wie in der Beschreibung erwähnt. Die ausziehbare Markise ist der absolute Traum! Der Pool Überlauf und somit das Filtern und Reinigen des Wassers hat nicht richtig funktioniert und wir mussten immer mehr Wasser einlassen. Der "Poolboy" hat sich aber immer darum kümmert und das Problem ist wohl auch bekannt. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen, aber für den doch sehr hohen Preis müsste mal das eine oder andere erneuert werden. Insgesamt hatten wir eine schöne Zeit. Die Agentur war mega und hat uns wahnsinnig geholfen :) :) :)

Perfekter Herbsturlaub!

Wir haben mit 2 Familien mit 2 kleinen Kindern eine super Woche in der Villa verbracht! Die Ausstattung war mehrheitlich top, z.T. Sollte das Mobiliar allerdings mal erneuert werden (z.B. die Couch sowie die Esszimmerstühle). Der große Pool u der Garten waren super gepflegt. Wir können die Villa sehr empfehlen u auch die gesamte reiseorganisation sowie Kommunikation waren super! Vielen Dank!

Fabulous villa in a great location

This is an outstanding villa with a great pool and in a fabulous location. It is 5 mins to the marina, the beach or the town centre. As with other guests the outside lighting could do with improving especially around the BBQ and table area. I am surprised this as not been fixed and it seems a common comment. Overall highly recommended

Sehr schöner Urlaub

Insgesamt sind unsere Familien immer sehr voreingenommen und zurückhaltend da wir von Hause aus einen hohen Wohnstandart gewohnt sind. Wir haben erstmalig über FEWO die oben bezeichnete Immobilie für Anfang Oktober gebucht. 6 Erwachsene (Familie) + Enkelkind 6 Jahre. Unsere Erwartungen wurden erfüllt. Es war ein gelungener Urlaub. Natürlich kann hier und da etwas "gemäkelt" werden. Aber das wären nur unbedeutende Kleinigkeiten und man sucht das schwarze unter dem Fingenagel ( Da liegt ein Blatt im Pool u.ä.) Das Objekt entpricht dem Inserat. Die Entfernungsangaben Hafen / Innenstadt entsprechen der Realität. Wer Ruhe, Entspannung und Erholung sucht ist hier gut aufgehoben. Insbesondere für Familie/n mit Kinder geeignet. Wir werden wiederkommen. Objekt kann ich weiter empfehlen. Ebenfalls sollte auch die Kommunikation mit der vor Ort ansassigen Agentur opendorproperties lobend erwähnt werden. Im Vorfeld wurden diverse schriftliche Anfragen via Mail umgehend beantwortet. Hier insbesondere Arantxa sowie Nathalie* ( * spricht sehr gutes deutsch) Insgesamt: Objekt kann ich nur weiterempfehlen. Wir werden wiederkommen. Schöner Urlaub
