Disliked: Communication, location, listing accuracy
Stay in downtown Phoenix
My husband and I stayed here for our visit to Phoenix Goodyear Park. Thankfully, it was available because our other VRBO cancelled on us a week before our arrival date. That being said, there were slim pickings left in Phoenix. The Casita was easy to access, however it did not reflect what is represented in the listing pictures. When we arrived, we noticed there was only one towel, which was soaking wet, and although the bedding smelled clean, it was still very wet as well. I messaged the host and got a reply a few hours later. That was the last time I heard from the host. We also did not get any new bedding or towels, so we had to resort to buying our own at a nearby Target. A few things to note: there is no WiFi or TV stream available, the bed is a mattress on pullout springs, and there is a homeless community at the end of the street. It IS within 6 minutes walking distance of Roosevelt Row restaurants and bars, and easy access to the highway, but that's about the only good perk.
