This villa is situated 10 min from the famous Cours Mirabeau, the Mazarin District and the old town. There is a secure private parking area.
Once your luggage is unloaded, start your holidays with a cooling dive. Then discover the jewel of a house, just further up the lawn. The large patio welcomes you for relaxing holidays with sunbathing and al fresco dining
Cuisine from Provence or elsewhere can be prepared at the barbecue or the high tech kitchen.
The large living room features a modern open fire style for roaring winter fires.
The three bedrooms are located on private patios and terraces. The mezzanine sleeping area overlooking the living area and features the beautiful original timber frame of the house.
En-suite bathroom provide additional comfort and privacy. Two feature italian-style showers, the others, baths on the mezzanine.
The villa can accommodate up to 8 people with two double beds and four single beds. Bedding is provided. Cuisine from Provence or elsewhere can be prepared at the barbecue or the high tech kitchen.

Wonderful stay
Beautiful stylish home with all mod cons, close to all amenities. Gorgeous clean pool, great wifi and underfloor cooling all added to our enjoyment. Christine and Max (the hosts) live very close by and are always on hand, not that we had any problems! Highly recommended and we’d love to return.

Great location and stylish property
Easy to walk to Aix old town, but on a peaceful cul-de-sac. The house was fabulous with everything you need. Just take all the insect repellent you can carry.

Fantastic house a short walk from the city centre that families will love
Refurbished to a high standard, with four bedroom (we only used two) all with en-suite bathrooms. Our kids loved running around the pool and playing in the garden. Off-street parking on-premises and with security (electric gate) was reassuring. We would be delighted to stay at this property again and appreciate our hosts, who live next door but left us alone for the duration of the stay.

Great stay!
My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. The Villa is a perfect distance from the old town. We are big walkers and did not need a car. We shopped at the markets for amazing fish, meats, cheese and then brought it back to the Villa to cook and enjoy the outdoor pool and barbecue. The kitchen is very well stocked too! The beds were nice and firm. Plenty of pillows and towels. We stayed a week but we should have stayed for two! The hosts were very warm and kind. Overall, a great stay!

Lovely house walking distance to Aix En Provence
Great house, lovely location, helpful owners who were on hand to advise us and communicate with us. The house is near the town so we didn't have to use the car at all during our stay which was great. The walk to the house is a bit uphill but no problem for anyone who is reasonably mobile. We travelled with three children, the youngest of whom was 9 years old and she had no problems walking. Pool was great and everything was spotless.

Absolutely fantastic house in amazing location
We had an amazing holiday in this gorgeous house. Living space was perfect, with everything a family could need. That included two coffee machines for adults and Wi-fi for kids! Lots of room indoors and a beautiful garden and pool. The house is five minutes walk (we didn’t bring a car this time) to nearest supermarket and bakery and less than ten to the centre of Aix itself. Overall a perfect home for a perfect holiday. We will return! Thanks

Tout était impeccable.
Je ne peux guère vous exprimer combien on en a été ravi de nos vacances à la Villa Cezanne. La maison est parfaite. Max et Christine ont pensé à tout et la maison ne pourrait pas être améliorer. Mais vraiment. On ne cessait pas de se dire ´mais que c'est chouette ici - qu'est-ce qu'on a de la chance...' L'accueil de Max et Christine est chaleureux et c'est une maison de rêves. On reviendrait avec tant de plaisir et joie.

Una bellissima villa in centro ad Aix en Provence
Villa molto bella, arredamento moderno e molto confortevole, camere grandi tutte servite da un bagno. Cucina molto ben attrezzata con tutto quello che serve. Un camino bellissimo preparato con cura dai proprietari per allietare le serate. Proprietari molto gentili e disponibili: siamo stati per capodanno e la villa era addobbata per le feste. Le temperature invernali non ci hanno permesso di utilizzare la piscina che comunque è molto scenografica. La posizione è centralissima, il centro città è a meno di 5 minuti a piedi, anche lo studio di Cezanne è raggiungibile a piedi. Un posto dove tornare!

Beautiful house in a wonderful location
The accommodation surpassed our expectations in every way. Fabulous house, with everything we needed to make it a very comfortable stay. We loved the open fire, with the owners thoughtfully providing the wood so we could get the fire roaring straight away. The location was wonderful, in a peaceful street with lots of privacy, yet within walking distance of the centre of Aix. This is truly a lovely place to visit, with so much to do and see in the town itself, and in the immediate area. The sun shone for most of our visit so we were able to take lovely walks in the area around the Mount Saint Victoire. I thoroughly recommend this accommodation for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in this beautiful part of France.

Beauté-calme-douceur de vivre
La maison est belle par son emplacement ensoleillé, sa décoration qui mêle design et meubles authentiques, son art de recevoir et sa propreté . Bien accueillis avec un sourire communicatif , nos vacances commencent bien. La voiture le parking privé de la villa, nous sommes partis à la découverte de la ville à pied. Le marché, la cathédrale , le fameux cours Mirabeau , les restos sympa recommandés par nos hôtes . Nous nous sommes encore baignés tant le temps était doux . Les repas et les papotages sur la terrasse tard dans la soirée nous permis de profiter de la douceur de la nuit. On a vraiment aimé ....

Une pure merveille. Un quartier très calme et très agréable, tous les commerces à proximité, et là...un portail qui s'ouvre, un petit jardin, une merveilleuse piscine entourée de gazon et un endroit calme où il fait bon vivre. Une décoration raffinée mais pas trop clinquante, un mélange de design et de "chiné", le tout "comme à la maison"... une chambre reposante, une cuisine avec "tout ce qu'il faut" et plus encore, un salon plus que confortable, et tout cela baigné de lumière...et de gentillesse de la part de la propriétaire...a consommer sans modération. Magique et secrète
Nous sommes heureux d'avoir découvert cette maison à deux pas de la ville à pied. Entourée d'arbres elle nous laisse imaginer une grande propriété alors que le bijou de jardin est juste grand pour accueillir un couloir de nage , une jolie pelouse, une très belle terrasse et un jardin d'herbes de Provence! Tout était réuni pour que nos vacances soient réussies: un accueil très chaleureux des propriétaires qui avaient préparé la maison avec le plus grand soin dans tous les détails. Du linge de qualité, un vaisselle sobre et un aménagement de la cuisine remarquable . Nous avons déjà pu apprécier le plaisir de manger sur la terrasse et le soir, le jardin éclairé est digne d'un grand hôtel.On a adoré.

Un coin de paradis à 2 pas du Cours Mirabeau
Tout a été réuni pour ces vacances improvisées et trop courtes. La maison est parfaite, bien adaptée à notre famille avec ses petites terrasses et ce couloir de nage de 9 m centré dans le jardin . Nous avions tout le confort et même plus avec un accueil très chaleureux des propriétaires. Nous avons aimé la sérénité, la qualité des installations, de la literie, du linge, du mobilier. Nous aurions pu nous prélasser, mais tous les matins aller à pied au marché, c’était sympa. Nous avons suivi les pas de Cézanne et repris la voiture pour les Beaux de Provence. Trop courtes ces vacances ….

Ideally located in the heart of the country of Cezanne and Zola, very quiet, neat, completely renovated. It stretches lazily in the sun of Provence at the edge of the pool with a large terrace or align sunbathing. Under the mulberry china nestles the summer kitchen around his gas grill. The living room, opening onto the terrace and the pool wraps around a contemporary fireplace to the industrial look and the original structure restored and will seduce you with its beauty.
