This spacious home is the perfect choice for a family getaway to the Oregon Coast. Set in a quiet location, guests can still see the ocean and hear the waves crashing nearby. Natural light floods this home and sets a cheery atmosphere on the top floors. Inside, guests will find everything they need to enjoy themselves - including a well-equipped kitchen and gas fireplace for extra comfort.

Guests can access the beach just one block away, at the west end of Division Street. This home is conveniently located between the two popular Oregon coastal towns Newport and Lincoln City, both of which are less than 20 miles away. Fishing Rock State Recreation Site is just over one mile from the house. This hidden gem offers spectacular views just a short hike from the entrance where you can spot whales close to shore. Fogarty Creek State Recreation Area is a short five mile drive south on Highway 101, where guests will find additional public beach access. Depoe Bay is four miles to the south, where guests will find restaurants, necessities, and even more whale watching spots!

Great beach house!

Great house with beach access about a block away. Perfect for a family or friends to stay in. The beach was fairly quiet compared to others around the area. House is close to Depoe Bay and Lincoln City, so close to many conveniences. Has a fully stocked kitchen. We would go back.

Phenomenal Location!

Our family LOVED this location. You can hear the waves from the house. The footpath to an amazing beach is 75 yards away at most. I'm sure it helped that we got some pretty spectacular weather over labor day weekend, but this spot and Lincoln Beach with our three little boys was a blast. The house did the job, but I think there are some quick and easy fixes that would make this place a lot more user friendly -- namely, some real furnishings. We didn't end up using the third bedroom in the basement because it was a stale room with little to no decorations and the only piece of furniture being a futon. There's also a futon in the main living area, and while I'm sure it'd be nice to have something here that could convert into a sleeping spot, this could be improved in a big way to something more comfortable. The beds/sheets in the other two bedrooms were comfortable and cozy, and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook so that was great. The cleaning folks did a great job before our arrival. Overall, we'd totally come back -- but again, we'd hope for some more legit furniture in the main living area and the third bedroom.

Great second stay

This is my second stay and it is wonderful The Hydraulic cylinder on the back storm door needs replaced since it again this year let’s the door slam. Dishwasher needs to be attached to the kitchen cabinet do it doesn’t fall forward. Otherwise flawless

Quiet and can see partial ocean view

Family reunion..6 adults 1 infant 1 large burner not working and oven turned on but couldn't figure out how to set temp Nice to have 2 bathrooms, washer & dryer, large TV & bbq. Seating for all 6 adults was a bit tight. Over all ! Restful and peaceful place. Thank you!

Excellent vacation home

The house was incredibly clean and well organized. The beds were comfy and there was plenty of bedding to appease everyone. The location was great too- just a small stroll to the ocean. It was almost nicer being a very short distance away from the beach because we got less fierce ocean noise and a bit of a wind buffer. The neighborhood is amazingly quiet and you can't hear the highway. There's no traffic so you don't have to be paranoid about kids running into the street and getting hit. We'd definitely stay again!!

Would stay here again

What you see is what you get. It felt like a home away from home. Nice area, friendly neighbors, quick access to Hwy 101 without traffic noise. A small market and coffee shop are conveniently located just up the road. The house is close to the beach (you see the ocean and hear the waves). The gas fireplace was nice touch after a windy day on the beach.

Relaxing vacation

We loved this home and had an amazing time. The beach was beautiful and close to the house. The microwave didn’t work, that was the only flaw. Definitely booking this place again.
