Cozy Retreat

My husband and I were looking for a spot where we could really relax and recharge and this place really helped us do that with the super comfy bed and the hot tub that we used every night! Very private and Nancy and Steve made sure we had everything we needed and were awesome hosts!

Great value close to beach

Had a wonderful stay at Nancy and Steve’s property. Good value for price point and location is fantastic. 8min walk to antlers beach, 50min bike to downtown peachland. Location is at the fur trail trail head if you are interested in hiking or biking. Trail goes all the way to peachland. Pros: location, quiet, beach access, amazing view, hot tub. Cons: no full kitchen. No stove, only induction cooker. Small microwave where none of the plates fit. Biggest surprise was only mini fridge not full fridge. We packed 9 days worth of food and would have prepared differently if we knew there was only a small fridge. Freezer only fits two ice trays and a couple of ice packs. We also had challanges with the temp. (Too warm in the bedroom) As it’s controlled upstairs. We had Nancy adjust it once but it would have been nice to control it ourselves. Would definitely stay again know what the place is like. We really enjoyed the quiet, lake access and hiking at our footsteps.

Short Getaway

Steve and Nancy are great hosts. Easy and quick to communicate with. Overall the place was clean and had everything we needed. Great bed, great hot tub, nice and close to the beach. We did end up driving to the beach as we had paddle boards and chairs etc, was a bit too far to walk. Closest beach was quiet and peaceful. Would recommend this place. Thanks so much for a great getaway!

Beyond expectations!

Steve & Nancy are great hosts! The location, views, and privacy are amazing. The hot tub makes the best ending to fun days. The beds were perfect and the spaciousness of the suite wonderful! There is outdoor games and a cozy interior, it has everything for a relaxing, fun Okanagan vacation. Highly recommend! We will be back! :))

Private compound to soothe your body mind

Steve and Nancy have created a wonderful oasis. The property has an amazing view, plenty of space and a totally private hot tub. You have the whole place to yourselves. The bed is a glorious King, super comfortable with the all the right bedding and sheets and pillows. Shower has excellent water pressure. Big, powerful BBQ for all your grilling needs and a simple kitchen to fill in the basics for cooking. The suite is designed well, for ultimate privacy and space. Check out this new, hidden little gem.

Great, quiet spot!

We stayed for 3 days and enjoyed everything. The view of the lake cannot be beat. We could stare at it all day and it's about a 1 minute drive tho the beach below. Also Hardy falls park is even closer although we did not get a chance to check it out. The owners were very accomodating and actually left to another property of theirs during our stay so we essentially had the place to ourselves. The suite is basic but has everything you need. A bedroom with King bed and another bed in the living area if needed which is a bonus. One thing to note (which I am sure the lisiting accurately details) is there is no oven, just a bbq outside and hot plate inside which was not an issue for us but something we never even though about before our stay. You can tell so much time and work has gone into the small details of this beautiful property as you explore and look around. Do yourself a favor and order from the chinese place at the bottom of the hill, possible the best I have had! We enjoyed playing horseshoes,bocci, and other games they provided. The lakeview hot tub is a gem, loved it.
