Anders als gebucht

Leider war unsere Wohnung in erster Linie für Rollstuhlfahrer konzipiert, es gab zwar viel Platz, den konnten wir allerdings nicht nutzen, der Spiegel im Bad hing so tief, dass wir ihn nicht gebrauchen konnten. Der „Balkon“ war nicht zu nutzen, da viel zu schmal, die gebuchten Balkonmöbel gab es auch nicht(hätten ja auch gar keinen Platz gehabt). Unsere sofortige Beschwerde hatte leider null Erfolg. Letztes Jahr hatten wir das gleiche gebucht und es war in jeder Hinsicht ok! Wir werden hier nicht mehr buchen.

Zalig verblijf

De kamer keek uit op zee! Klein maar gerieflijk en het meeste is voorhanden. Handdoeken wel zelf meenemen want die zijn niet voorzien in de prijs. Alles was ook zeer proper bij aankomst en met de codes werkt het perfect. Ook leuk dat huisdier is toegelaten

SIMPLE ET EFICACE

Chambre propre et complète, il ne manque rien, procédure de réservation facile et le check in et out le sont également. Petit bémol sur la literie, deux matelas sur un boxspring, c'est pas génial !

Fewo direkt-Anzeige stimmte nicht mit dem Mietobjekt überein

In der Anzeige wurde ein möblierter Balkon versprochen, der nicht vorhanden war. Nur aus diesem Grund haben wir uns für dieses Objekt entschieden und gegen günstigere Angebote ohne Balkon. Auf Nachfrage teilte der Vermieter mit, dass Fewo direkt nur ein Zimmer ohne möblierten Balkon gebucht hat. Der Fewo direkt Kundenservice war telefonisch nicht erreichbar und auf E-Mails haben wir bis heute keine Antwort erhalten.
