Située sur la petite commune de Névez, à 400m de la plage de Tahiti-Raguénez (5 min à pied), Ty Kergui saura vous faire passer des vacances au calme. Elle est entourée d'un grand jardin sans vis à vis de plus de 2500m2 avec plantes fleuries et arbres fruitiers.
Au rez-de-chaussée, vous pourrez profiter du salon avec la vue sur le jardin arboré, d'une cuisine ouverte et entièrement équipée avec de l'électroménager récent (réfrigérateur combiné, lave vaisselle, machine à laver, micro-onde, four) ainsi que d'une salle d'eau composée d'une grande douche à l'italienne. A l'étage, les 3 chambres mansardées et le salon TV vous permettront de profiter de la vue mer à l'horizon.
Ty Kergui est équipée pour accueillir des enfants/bébés (lit parapluie, pot, marche pied et barrière dans les escaliers).
Nous vous attendons très vite pour vous faire découvrir notre petit coin de paradis.

Sehr schönes Haus in Bestlage mit tollem Garten!

Das Haus ist prima, der Garten ist riesig und wunderschön. Zu Fuss sind es 10 Minuten zum Strand, mit dem Auto ist es nur eine. Die Vermieterin Marie-Pierre ist entspannt freundlich und unkompliziert. Hoffentlich können wir hier nochmal wohnen...

Wohlfühlort

Ankommen, wohlfühlen und Haus und Garten genießen. Die Gastgeberin war sehr nett und hat versucht uns jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen. Das Haus war sehr sauber und alle Dinge des täglichen Gebrauchs waren da. Einziger Punkt, der eventuell zu bemängeln war, ist das Fehlen eines Kleiderschranks. (Es waren nur Kommoden vorhanden). Empfehlenswert.

Rundum perfektes Ferienhaud

Das Ferienhaus ist einfach superschön, es stimmt alles. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut, von der sehr netten Vermieterin wurden zahlreiche Dinge - von Kaffee bis Waschmitteln - zur Verfügung gestellt. Das Haus ist äußerst ruhig gelegen, der Garten riesig, der Strand ein paar Minuten entfernt.

Charaktervolles Traumhaus mit viel Umschwung

Das Haus ist sehr ruhig gelegen. Im Garten hat es viele Bäume, Blumen, Büsche, Sitzgelegenheiten, Liegen, Tische und auch eine Lounge. Es ist gediegen draussen im Garten zu essen. Der Umschwung ist enorm. Der Strand ist wunderschön, kaum Leute und glasklares Wasser. Uns (Familie mit 2 erw. Töchtern) hat es prächtig gefallen.

Très agréable séjour

Maison bien pensée, au calme. Le jardin est magnifique. Le séjour a été ressourçant, de belles plages à proximité et de nombreux sites , Pont Aven et ses entours magnifiques. Hôtesse à l'écoute. Une belle semaine !

Traumurlaub in Nevez

Das Haus (prima ausgestattet), der Garten , die Lage und überhaupt die gesamte Gegend: alles ist wunderbar! Man kann viel unternehmen: Wanderungen auf den Küstenwanderwegen, Besuchen der wunderschönen benachbarten Städtchen (Pont Aven, Concarneau, Doelan…),vielfältige Strandaufenthalte oder einfach faulenzen in dem herrlichen riesigen hauseigenen Garten. Die Gastgeberin ist herzlich und immer äußerst hilfsbereit! Wir haben uns die ganze Zeit sehr wohl gefühlt!

30 Grad in der Bretagne - Traumwetter Ende August/ Anfang September

Das Haus ist geräumig, hell und freundlich. In der vollständig eingerichteten sehr großen Küche haben wir mit Freunden lecker gekocht. Es gibt sogar Strand- und andere Spiele. Die Zimmer sind mit bequemen Betten ausgestattet, allerdings hat eines statt Tür einen Vorhang. Unsere Räder konnten wir in der Garage abstellen. Der Garten ist riesig, man ist völlig ungestört, und in wenigen Schritten erreicht man den herrlichen feinsandigen "Tahiti"-Strand oder startet eine Wanderung auf dem "Schmugglerweg" (GR 34). Auch Radtouren zum Aven oder Belon oder gar bis Concarneau sind gut zu machen. Die Gastgeber sind sehr hilfsbereit und entgegenkommend, es war kein Problem, dass wir das Haus zuerst mit unserem erwachsenen Sohn für drei Tage, dann mit Freunden für drei Tage und dann zu zweit genutzt haben, sie hatten sogar zusätzliche Bett- und Badwäsche vorbereitet. Als wir uns einmal ausgeschlossen hatten, kamen sie sofort mit einem Extraschlüssel vorbei. Wir haben uns super wohlgefühlt in Ty Kergui, vielen Dank, Marie-Pierre!

Schönes Ferienhaus am Plage de Tahiti

Wir haben eine wunderbare Woche in diesem neuen Ferienhaus verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr hell und modern und mit zwei Bädern ist das Haus sehr komfortabel auch für mehrere Personen. Der Garten ist wunderbar gepflegt und ein Blütenmeer. Zum tollen Strand ist es wirklich nur ein kurzer Fußweg. Innerhalb von 15-30 Minuten mit dem Auto gibt es eine Vielzahl an Ausflugszielen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Unterkunft empfehlen. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war sehr gut. Merci beaucoup!

Wir kommen wieder

ein großzügiges, komfortables und gemütliches Ferienhaus mit großem Gartengartengrundstück und sehr guter Lage in Strandnähe sind Garantie für schöne Urlaubstage; unkomplizierte und sympatische Betreuung. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

cadre idyllique - prestations sans faute

le cadre est idyllique, la maison toute neuve et en plus bien equipée. On sent pas les 400m pour arriver a la manifique plage - ou a peine. Les proprietaires etaitent tres attentifs et charmants - des vacances plus qu'agreable -on reviendrait volontier/.
