This property in Praia De Luz is a gem. Exactly as advertised - this had everything we needed. It has a huge outdoor space where we enjoyed our meals together. Our Agent, Rita, could not have been more helpful and pleasant. She is a delight to interact with. We both highly recommend this let and this Company. Excellent.

Muito bem localizada, a uns metros de distância da praia, supermercado, farmácia e de tudo o que é necessário. Em agosto tivemos sempre lugar à porta para estacionar quando saímos de carro.

Verbesserungsbedarf
Kommunikation vor Ankunft sehr dürftig. Den Pin für den Schlüsselsafe bekommt man erst ein paar Stunden vor Ankunft, völlig unnötiger Stress. Dadurch hatten wir keinen Ausdruck und mein Handy wurde durch die Temperaturen zu heiß und schaltete sich ab. Toll, kein Pin für 1 Stunde. Da sich auch keiner die Mühe machte uns obwohl gesagt wurde wir sollen eine Info senden 1 Stunde bevor wir da sind, uns zu empfangen und einzuweisen! Nach 2 Stunden war für 5 Minuten wer auf der Straße und meinte herzlich Willkommen es steht eine Flasche Wein in der Wohnung. Naja, super! Toaster, Waschmaschine defekt. Dusche sehr alt und klein. Nachts sehr laut teilweise.

Schöne zentral gelegene Wohnung
Die Ferienwohnung liegt sehr günstig in Strandnähe. Mehrere Supermärkte und Restaurants sind fußläufig erreichbar, so dass man nicht zwingend auf ein Auto angewiesen ist. Die Lage an der Hauptstraße hat uns nicht gestört, der Geräuschpegel war nie besonders hoch. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist sehr gut, es gibt alles, was man im Urlaub braucht: eine gut ausgestattete Küche, Waschmaschine, Trockner, Grill, Strandschirme... Die Terrasse ist sehr groß und die Sonne scheint von vormittags bis zum frühen Abend. Leider sind die Terrassenmöbel nicht mehr in Ordnung. Die Farbe platzt ab und es gibt morsche Teile. Den Sonnenschirm haben wir nicht getestet, weil es dafür viel zu windig war. Das Bad ist o.k., die Dusche allerdings sehr klein und der Duschvorhang könnte mal gegen eine Tür ersetzt werden. Die Kommunikation und der Check-In-Vorgang waren super. Alles in Allem waren wir zufrieden und empfehlen die Ferienwohnung weiter.

Estadia num local tranquilo e perta da praia
A casa é como descrevem - um belo de um terraço, cozinha equipada e muito perto da praia. A casa estava limpa e a comunicação com os proprietários correu bem e estavam sempre disponíveis. Pontos a melhorar: luz no quarto, o blackout não é suficiente e eficiente porque entra imensa luz e o chuveiro no WC deveria ter uma alternativa à cortina e a televisão deveria ter canais nacionais independentemente do turismo na zona ser direcionado para estrangeiros. Voltaria sem dúvida e aconselho.

Très bon emplacement. La maison est bien agencée et dispose de tout le nécessaire. La terrasse est très agréable et bien ensoleillée avec une vue magnifique. Rita, notre hôtesse, a été présente et très réactive.

Schöner FeWo, Straße sehr laut, Einrichtung täte Modernisierung gut
Die FeWo ist sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet mit einer schönen Dachterrasse. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt, sind allerdings auch nicht sehr anspruchsvoll. Die Dusche ist neu aber sehr klein und ein Duschvorhang ist leider nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Wir dachten das es mit wenig Arbeit einfach viel schöner und moderner gemacht werden könnte. Beispiel: Lampen, Spiegelschrank, Auflagen usw. sind einfach nicht schön und in die Jahre gekommen. Der Tisch und die Stühle auf der Dachterrasse sind einfach alt. Die Farbe blättert ab, das Holz ist morsch und und und. Kleinigkeiten die leicht zu verbessern wären.

Apartment genau so, wie beschrieben. Für 1-2 Personen perfekt. Sehr sauber, alles da, was nötig (Küche, Bad). Die Straße könnte bei empfindlichen Ohren etwas stören, ich fand es nicht schlimm. Ingesamt absolut empfehlenswert!

Great place to stay in Praia da Luz
Everything was correct in the house. It is not too big, but it has all you can need for two people to stay there confortably for a long time. As everyone says, the terrace is great. The only improvements I can think of are that some elements are a bit old, there should be a couple more glasses, and things like that. Generally speaking anyway, it's absolutely worth its the price and we were treated very well.

Ficou a vontade de voltar!
Espaço ideal para umas férias a dois, num local tranquilo e ao mesmo tempo bem localizado - a 3 min. da praia! A destacar a atenção e disponibilidade da Diana durante toda a estadia! Dos aspetos a melhorar, apenas o fato de a tv não ter nenhum canal em português. Fica a vontade de voltar à Praia da Luz e ao Barney!

Top Lage mit allem, was man braucht
Wir empfehlen dieses Objekt gern weiter, es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Die Kommunikation mit Diana war super, nochmal vielen Dank dafür :-). Kurze Wege zum Supermarkt, Restaurants und zum Strand, Parkplätze vor dem Haus. Die Dachterrasse ist ein Traum!

für GEBEHINDERTE auf KEINEN Fall zu empfehlen, da sehr steile Treppen! !

Das Objekt ist klein, einfach, aber es ist ALLES vorhanden was man braucht! Sehhhhhhr sauber und ordentlich. Die Ansprechpartnerinnen SUPER!!!! ansprechbar und hilfsbereit! Auch im Vorfeld ist die Kommunikation mit der Argentur total zuverlässig , schnell und informativ!

Perfekt
Perfektes kleines Ferienhaus mit riesiger eigener Dachterasse. Nur 5 Minuten zum sehr schönen Strand, zu Restaurants und Cafés. Waschmaschine und Trockner gibt es auch, sogar Sonnenschirme für den Strand. Wir wurden total nett empfangen und können das Haus und vor allem auch diesen super schönen Ort uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

The appartment makes for a great base
Nice little appartement right in the middle of the town, everything is within walking distance. It was nice and clean and had the usual home from home items. The roof terrace is the main feature of the appartment our only issue was that there was only one sun lounger which seems a little odd, we just had to keep swapping. The management team where very helpful and firendly.

Super schöne Ferienwohnung.
Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt in der schönen Ferienwohnung in Luz. Das absolute Highlight für uns war die wunderschöne und große Dachterasse. Auch die Lage war super und man konnte sowohl zu Fuß als auch mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten alles gut erreichen! Auch der Kontakt zur Agentur war super und man hatte stets einen Ansprechpartner!

Boa casa com excelente localização!
Boa casa, bem equipada e com uma excelente localização na vila da luz. Estacionamento fácil em frente ao imóvel. O verdadeiro ponto forte da casa é o terraço que é espaçoso e com uma boa vista sobre a vila.
