This is an amazing property in a quaint neighborhood northeast of downtown as you head into Snell. Everything you need is here including a great pool and patio space. We were moving to St Pete and needed a place to stay for a couple of weeks until our new condo was ready. Derreck was a great host all around and very generous when our plans changed last minute.
We rented this house for our 5 adult children, as our condo is too small. The location was terrific, only a few miles from our place downtown. The Publix up the street was an added benefit. The house is exactly as pictured, with a nicely laid out kitchen, large screen TV and two large bedrooms. The guest house was perfect for our single. When we visited, there was ample room to park a second car, and there would be space for two more, if using the garage. Check in was easy, and Derrick was accommodating. The only complaint goes to cleanliness. The kids had to change and launder sheets when they arrived, the grill was dirty (needed to use the provided fire extinguisher and never used the grill again) food left in the fridge, and the backyard furniture needed both decluttering and cleaning. Derrick let us into the property early, which may have impacted his cleaning team, so I am deducting only one star.
Very clean and updated. Having a pool was amazing and the landscaping is beautiful and lush - couldn’t even see the surrounding houses or neighbors! Loved the privacy. Would definitely stay here again! Thanks 😊
Loved the place. Super groovy, retro place in the Burg. The place is perfect for a family get away with plenty of amenities and comfy beds.
The pool was great and landscape amazing. There is even an outdoor shower everyone loved.
It’s a quiet neighborhood and close to many things. We were only bummed it rained so much we couldn’t take our bikes out for a long ride, but that’s nature.
Hope to come back again.

Our June Stay
The house is great, so many things to love about it. However, the property looks like it needs upkeep & a good deep cleaning, I had to dust when I arrived for there was 2 inches on all the fans. The guest house has a septic issue that smells so strong, it makes it unbearable as the day goes on. I kindly tried to suggest that these items should be taken care of & was told it was cleaned by a crew for several hours & then inspected. I have pictures that tell a different story, but they really did not seem interested in what I had to say. So, I would say the house is great, but I will never rent from this company again.
