On a no through rd very peaceful & private Surrounded by woodland. Raised deck has a great view of the mountains, French doors leading from the deck to the master bedroom. Only 1 mile from Lake Lure Beach & Marina 2 miles to Chimney Rock Park. We have hosted Hundreds of Romantic Weekends, Honey Moons, Anniversary's the perfect relaxing weekend.
Lake Lure was voted in the top 10 for must visit small towns in the USA. Home to the Patrick Swayze movie and Dirty Dancing Festival Also the Daniel Day Lewis Movie The Last of the Mohicans the breath taking mountain scenes at the end of the movie. The tyron Equestrian Center home to the 2018 World Equestrian Games is only a 20 minute drive from the cabin another must visit venue.. The equestrian center often has FREE entry to show jumping on Saturday evenings you can't beat that!!!.

Couple getaway

My wife and i came to Lake Lure for a quick getaway. We enjoyed the location and the proximity to Biltmore. The only negative would be the fact it only jad 1 A/C unit. However, the weathe was cool and the fans in the bedroom were sufficient Would stay again.

My husband and me stayed for our 27th anniversary. The cabin had everything we needed. The cabin was close to Lake Lure and Chimney Rock. The neighborhood was quite.

We would go again

Yes, the cabin is very nice. Plenty of space for 2 people, everything you'd need.The only thing is that the window ac unit is weak and very loud, but we had a perfect weather for Labor day. The bathroom and shower and everything was new, the kitchen was good, the bath tub was nice, the bed linens were good. There are room heaters and the fireplace is not real.There's no central heating, so not sure how it is in the winter, it might be cold. But I think it's a very nice cabin. They had cleaned the porch, no leaves and no cobwebs. It does need a yardwork, (overgrown), but it's kind of a purpose of our trip to the woods to enjoy the nature. It's a real cabin. Not new but not old. It doesn't smell. Has new stuff in it even though some furniture is "antique". We would go again. The owner's communication is 10 out of 10. Fast and easy. Thank you!

Cozy Cabin

My husband and I stayed for our honeymoon and found everything perfect and comfortable for two people. We especially enjoyed driving the mountain roads around the area! We are hoping to book another stay for our anniversary. Thanks for such a perfect experience.

One of the best get aways for our anniversary for me and my wife in 16 years married and 21 years together. Little to no commercialized area to be crowded in.......it was just us.

The property was ok, a little steep climb down into the porch area, the loveseat and bed need to be replaced. The mattress, bedding and pillows definitely need replaced. Otherwise, it was a nice stay.

Welcome to the Cabin

I must say the experience was great! Nice quiet neighborhood with space in between the other cabins, nice 1 bed 1 bath cabin for a quick getaway. Nice jacuzzi to relax in. I reccomend, I will be back. The only upgrade I would say that's needed is the love seat. Other than that everything else is perfect. Thanks!

We built the cabin in 2011 just loved the location.

Why they chose this property

The Cabin is in a fantastic location only 1/2 a mile from the Lake, Beach, & Marina. There are several restaurants less than a mile from the cabin, we are close to everything. We are located on a very quite elevated no through road, from the back deck we have a great view of the mountains. The cabin very cosy and romantic.
