Located on the ocean side of PCH, the property was fully renovated with inviting décor, appliances, and central AC in 2020. This apartment is a private unit and is the first in a triplex. This is the front unit of a classic Beach Bungalow. This front unit is a two-bedroom 1 bath unit comfortably sleeping 5. One bedroom has a king bed, and the second has a full over full bunk bed with a twin trundle. A private patio with a bbq for year-round grilling is unique to this unit. Beach chairs and towels are provided for your use. A separate laundry room has a free washer and dryer shared with the triplex. One garage parking spot is allocated for Unit A. The Garage is shared with Unit C; each unit gets one spot.

Great Stay
The apartment was very clean, well organized, and stocked (incl. coffee, spices, oil, vinaigar, soap, etc.) Comfortable gathering spots, lovely linens, fluffy towels.
The host was super responsive and helpful.
I would absolutely stay again!

We were tremendously impressed by the cleanliness, amenities, location, and quality of the home. We will absolutely stay here again as this is exactly what we were looking for on our trip. The host went above and beyond to cater to all guests and families. There was a baby monitor and night light in the guest room that just added the extra touches of care. We so appreciate the communication and attention to detail. Beautiful and lovely home. Truly a gem on here.

Our family enjoyed our stay here. The location is fabulous, near restaurants, the beach and shopping. One should know that the street is fairly busy and the bed was soft as we read from some other reviews. It is very clean.

This property was perfect for our stay in Corona del Mar! It was cozy, charming, clean, and we loved the light, bright decor. The bed was comfy and we appreciated the touch of a white noise machine in the master bedroom. We will definitely return!

Overall a good experience and the garage is a plus. The place had all the amenities needed. The only thing is that the bed in the master bedroom is way to soft for my liking. If there ia contruction going in around the homes the trucks driving by can be a bit noisy. Other than that recommend it.
Thank you for opening up your property to us. We thoroughly enjoyed it. It was very clean with many useful amenities. We were able to walk to the coastal highway for dinner and breakfast easily. Also the walk to the beach was just as easy in the other direction. As it is January right now it was a little cold but my kids still went in the water. We were glad of the hose at the side of the unit and the access to a laundry room so we could wash the salt water out of their clothes. The only suggestion I have is to provide some tissues and more paper towels. It was very windy yesterday and we found that the air was dusty and we could have used some tissues as my kids were sneezing from the dust and sand blown around by the wind. Otherwise, we had a nice relaxing visit and plan on coming back in the future.
Really enjoyed our stay in CDM for my mom's birthday weekend! Loved the easy access to the beach areas, just a short walk through a lovely neighborhood, same for access to shops and restaurants. The property manager was so attentive and really went the extra mile when we had trouble entering the garage. She even reached out to remind us of the farmer's market that weekend. Super thoughtful! A little busy on the front street, but not overly noisy, and beachgoers are always happy and relaxed ;-) Having garage parking was a plus. Was pleased with the cleanliness and comfort, though there is only one bathroom, which wasn't clear in the description. In one part, it is described as having 1.5 bath. With four women, it was doable with the one bathroom for a weekend. Really a nice location, I will consider it on another visit, for sure! Thank you!
We travel frequently and have stayed at homes via VRBO and the similar services numerous times. We sometimes opted for hotels with "almost full kitchen" (no oven) when the (VRBO/similar services home) prices and conditions weren't good, or availability became very limited. With this home, I was very impressed with this home in terms of cleanliness (especially with shoes off policy, which I loved!), location, and kitchen was well-supplied (no gross scratched pans and pots, yay!) The hostess provided adequate dishwashing soap, new sponge, dish washer soap, paper towels, and toilet papers. This is definitely on my favorite list. Excellent hostess communication! I always appreciate communicating directly with hostess, who owns their home, not contracted through some management services with cookie cutter responses. Thank you, Jennifer, for providing such clean and warm home!

The property was exactly what we wanted for our long weekend. The location is great, as you can easily get to a variety of awesome beaches, with restaurants and shops within walking distance. The unit is located in an amazing neighborhood with some seriously impressive homes, which were fun to see just walking around. It’s even not too far from Disneyland, which we also hit on our stay.
The host was professional and they provided everything that we needed at the unit. Having AC in the unit was a real luxury and it was perfect for our family of 5.
It’s the perfect spot for your beach experience. The beach is only 10 mins walking distance. The place is lowkey but not that lowkey if I make sense. The place has 1 bathroom with 2 rooms. There was only 4 of us and we loved it. Enough room for all of us.
Perfect spot for a beach vacation, walking distance to everything - coffee, beach, lunch, dinner. Beautiful neighborhood is an understatement.

You can relax on the front patio or go a short walk to see the Pacific Ocean and watch the sunset. You just park your car and enjoy all the benefits of beach life.
