The property is located within the stunning Hampton Lakes development, situated just off US Highway 27 (US27) to the south west of Orlando and within easy reach of all attractions. It is also very convenient for access to the Interstate 4, which opens the gateway to the Tampa Bay area and everything else Florida has to offer.

Amenities are very close by at the Berry Town Center shopping & restaurant complex. This is dominated by Publix Supermarket and the highly recommended Applebees Family Grill & Sportsbar but also contains numerous shops, bars, restaurant & take way outlets as well as banking facilities and a petrol station.

Additional restaurant & shopping amenities are 5 minutes away at Cagan's Crossing, Posner Park and along the 192 itself.

For golf enthusiasts, Highland's Reserve is literally across the road on the opposite side of Highway 27, with first rate resorts at Champion's Gate and Ginn Reunion only a 10 minute drive away.

After several attempts to contact the property personal,No Answer I was suppose to receive a conformation, the door code, and instructions.No AnswerMy family and I rode almost 500 miles to the property to find out no code, no instructions, no phone number. After many attempts to contact the property staff, we have an answer. Unfortunately the owner was hospitalized and he had no one to help us.After waiting and calling, we were instructed to get a hotel room. This caused a very hard ship financial on me. Yes I will still use Vrbo for future stay's. Thank you, James Evans

It’s a no from us

Don’t stay here. The photos are not an accurate description of the property. The parts of the kitchen worktops that are usable, which isn’t much, is covered in black sticky stuff, that sticks to your fingers. The pool area- seating is split, torn and unable to be used. Parasol table and chairs, plus the whole pool frame and mosquito netting was covered in black mould. We could not sleep on the beds, they were covered in sponge upholstery foam, which was stained, torn and very lumpy. The bathrooms were covered in black mould, with the shower curtains covered in stains. The property is very run down, needs a complete overhaul, and a thorough deep.clean. We were in constant contact with the host, and although we got a satisfactory resolution, it took phone calls every day, to get there. Not good when you are on your holiday.

Decent place for the price

We stayed here during our trip to Florida for the Disney parks. The house was very clean, except the kitchen cabinets were peeling and left flakes on almost everything we set down. Ants were a problem if we didn’t clean/store food away immediately (literally they would be all over the counter if not cleaned in 20 minutes). Neither Keurig worked but they had a small regular coffee pot which was fine for us. Front bedrooms bath seemed like plumbing draining was slow but no issues in either other bathroom. I had to request access details the night before our trip but the owner was very responsive in all our communication. Overall, not a bad place to stay for the price and it was only about a 20-30 minute ride from each park depending on traffic. Thanks for letting us stay and will probably stay again!

Not What I Expected

Stayed a week, the pool filter never worked. So we couldn’t utilize the pool. There were major holes in the pool screen. The countertops are outdated to the point that they are different colors due to aging. The rug in the living stayed wet, don’t know why. The bath tubs had rings around them, water doesn’t go down when you shower. We saw bugs that you don’t want to take home with you. Personally I would not stay here again. Property would be better with better upkeep. Owner is a cool person but he lives in London and could only do so much. He did respond when I reached out to him though.

Disney holiday

House in nice location. Rooms well equipped. Only downside Kitchen could do with updating, tired looking.(we did find kettle leaking on arrival.) Lovely to have the pool & games room. Fab time was had by all, it was lovely base to all theme parks .

The property is very central to much of the Orlando area sites and facilities.

We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation. Golf, amusement parks, restaurants and nature sites are all nearby. The kitchen was well equipped allowing us to cook at the property with ease.

Family getaway

Great home and location for visiting parks in Orlando. The pool was a great way to wind the kids down after long days. However, the kitchen is minimally stocked and it appears they have an ant issue. Overall, worked well for our family of 5 and we had a great vacation.

Nice house in a safe and welcoming neighborhood

The house is huge with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms everyone had their own space. The neighbors are friendly. The house had everything you could need. My kiddos enjoyed playing pool and air hockey. The house was clean. A few cosmetic marks on the walls but that is normal for a rental home. We will definitely stay again if our dates are available.

It has all the essentials

This villa has all the essentials for a great stay: pool, air-con, fast wifi internet, sat tv, pool table and plenty of space all at a lower price compared to similar villas in the area. The location is also pretty good with a supermarket (Publix) just a 5 mins drive away or wallmart a little further. There are plenty of shops near by and it's not too far from 192 where many restaurants are. Really easy access to the Disney parks too.

Family Vacation

The property was very good. However, the air conditioner could not be set below 73 degrees so it was warm inside at times, including during night hours. Also, the bed in the master bedroom should be bigger. Additionally, the Wi-Fi was not working after the first day there. On the other hand, the property was spacious and very clean. The pool was great as my family enjoyed it very much. The property's location was good as many restaurants and stores very relatively nearby. We would stay here again.

The villa is nicely situated but needs a little tender loving care showing it's age now. Nice pool but pool furniture could be better. I found the bed in the main bedroom uncomfortable . Was granted a late checkout by Danny the owner but this was rescinded a couple of days before leaving. All in all OK but not the best . However the owner is easy to deal with and gave a comprehensive list of all local area of interest Was unable to contact loacl manager by phone , only by e mail.

The stay was amazing, location was good close to a lot of things, now as far as the house the AC vents need to be cleaned out, the tv in the front room wasn’t working, the ice maker in the fridge, and the the blender. Those were the only bad things about it, other than that everything else was great.

Great location, nice pool, ok house

The pool was great! The house is a good size for a larger family but definitely needs some updating and better maintenance. When we checked in you could tell it had been cleaned/sanitized but still smelled musty/old due to carpets everywhere. The rooms were all a good size but again could really use some updating and maintenance. There were lightbulbs out in every room and many unsightly stains on furniture and carpets. Compared to a lot of other rentals in the area this one was less expensive but you get what you pay for. The owner is very friendly and checked in with us regularly.

Affordable price makes sense now

Horrible start never got check in details till about 3 hours after we arrived we were stuck waiting at a gas station the phone number was disconnected waited this entire time for a response while on hold with vrbo just to try to contact them till finally they answered once inside place definitely needs to be updated everything is like from the 90s and not in great shape the pool is the main attraction here thats about it. We requested that we get refunded a night since we waiting till past midnight to get in but no response so well see
