The Domaine des Boutineries is a high-end gîte renovated from old cellars, with an indoor swimming pool heated all year round (6.5 x 3.5m). Private terrace (north/east facing) overlooking an enclosed and independent garden of 620 m² with a view of the countryside. Swing and table football available.
Ground floor: spacious and bright living room with open kitchen, open lounge, 1 bedroom (160x200 bed) with PMR shower room, 2 bedrooms (each with 1 90x200 bed + 2 twin 80x200 beds), 1 bathroom (bath + shower) and 1 separate PMR toilet.
Upstairs: 1 bedroom (160x200 bed) with bathroom (bath + shower) and separate toilet.
Additional equipment: wifi, DVD player, freezer, washer-dryer, barbecue/plancha and baby equipment (bed and high chair).
Included: underfloor aerothermal heating, electricity, sheets (beds made), towels/household linen and bathrobes.
