Wonderful!

Everything at this property was fantastic. Communication and check-in was a breeze. The condo was well appointed, very clean and fresh and location was perfect. Checkout process and follow up was also great. Highly recommend for sure!

You're not paying top dollar and so that's what you get in exchange - no view, about 8-10 minute walk to the beach, etc.- but the property is nice and clean. Rosemary Beach is great for a family beach vacation. Beds were comfortable. We had issues with tech and a leak but maintenance was quick. There were absolutely no spices or oil for cooking, except pepper (not even salt).

Perfect For Families!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our 11th stay to Rosemary Beach and our first in this unit. It was perfect. With two kids, it was roomy, comfortable, an easy walk to the beach, and a great surprise to watch them play on the green space from the balcony in the evenings. Everything was well appointed and clean. Hair driers, washer/drier, a small fan, and even a pack n play if you need it. My husband is picky about two things: a comfy bed and a modern sound/tv system and this one went above and beyond! We’ve stayed in a lot of RB properties, and this is by far the best if you need a little more room but don’t need a big house. Service and communication was great too.

Dishwasher wasn’t stable and almost fell inside cabinet before using. No sheets were provided for the fold out sofa nor enough towels provided for guest. After texting with rental office they did get someone right over. Also, The bikes could never be accessed b/c the code didn’t work. After two days of trying and not getting the correct code we gave up!!

This was my family’s first stay in Rosemary and this condo was a fabulous first time rental! It was convenient to everything, clean, equipped with most everything we needed and very easy to utilize. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with my family! We had a blast!!

Nice property but had issues

This property was nice and clean but we had some issues. When we arrived it was late (11:30 pm) as our flight was delayed 5 hours. We arrived to the property and the code did not work on the door. I called the number provided and was given another code which also did not work. After about 20 minutes and having to walk to the other side of the property to go to the other door, we finally got in. The property listed 2 bikes but the combo provided did not work. Texted the property manager but no reply. We never got to use the bikes. Other issues: Ice maker did not work (had to buy ice) Back patio door did not lock Only one roll of paper towels (had to purchase more) Only two rolls of toilet paper (had to purchase more) We had nice family time but there were some concerns as noted.

It was an easy walk to the beach entrance and close to the town center with shops and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay and would come back again.

Great Place

Beach Flat Pass was a great place for our vacation ! The condo was comfortable clean and spacious and had everything we needed. We enjoyed riding the bikes every day and the location of the property was perfect for us. It was quiet and we enjoyed the green space in front of the condo as well. Lovely Stay

Our condo was immaculate and both bedrooms were very spacious. There were plenty of towels and supplies. It was only a short walk to the town center where everything was happening. Lovely area, lovely stay.

It was beautifully appointed, super clean, and had everything we needed. Truly a 7-8 min bike ride to the walkovers, nearest pool 2min walk. We ranged in age from 8-82 and we all loved it.

Great!

Flat was bigger than expected. Everything was great. Only wish there could’ve been at least a few condiments such as salt/pepper, some spices & cooking spray. Would also be great if there were a few chairs and umbrella for use. We left two chairs that hopefully can be used by the next renters. Overall nice accommodations and perfect for our family of 5.

Sweet little cottage

We really enjoyed the sweet little cottage for myself, my girlfriend and my daughter and her girlfriend on a birthday girls trip. The only negative is that this property is booked through 30 a luxury vacations and they are located off the beaten path and don’t offer any shuttles or transportation for storing luggage before check-in and after the early check out. We had to drag our bags around for a 20 minute walk to get to our cottage, on the way there and then to leave we had to drag our bags around Rosemary with us because we had to check out at 10 AM. I wish they had a more convenient office location or offered a shuttle service.

Great Stay

The Flat was beautiful, well laid out and spotless. 30A Luxury was outstanding to work with and texted almost daily to see how we were doing and if we needed anything. I can't say enough about how great the service was for us. I will highly recommend 30A and the resort. We could walk most every where we want to go. We loved the beach, pools and surrounding areas with plenty of shopping. We were able to do Boot Camp and I was able to run with my son. Gallions, Old Florida Fish House, Pescado, Bud & Alleys, The Citizen and The Pearl Roof Top dining were all incredible and would highly recommend. Thanks for a great, family vacation!
