Beautiful renovated condo minutes from the beach!

Enjoy the perfect vacation at our beautiful, newly updated beach condo. If you are looking for a relaxing get away with family and/or friends, our condo on the beautiful Hilton Head Island is the perfect place. It is located in a quiet area, yet in walking (or biking!) distance to great restaurants, grocery stores, shopping and more.

This 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo is located in building 4 at Hilton Head Resort. There is 24 hour security with a gated entrance. A quick 10 minute stroll or 5 minute golf cart shuttle ride across the boardwalk over a marshland filled with beautiful wildlife leads you to Coco’s Tiki Bar and beach access. At CoCo’s, the resort’s private tiki bar you will find restrooms available and a large menu full of food and drinks. The resort amenities include 2 outdoor pools, 1 indoor heated pool, hot tub, sauna, 6 lighted tennis courts, exercise/weight room, poolside snack bar, coin operated laundry washer & dryers, small onsite store and grilling area.

The condo has been completed renovated which includes new cabinets, granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. The kitchen is fully stocked with a coffee pot, pots and pans, blender, cooking utensils, dishes, silverware, wine glasses and much more.

The family room/dining area has a 55” flat screen TV. There is a dining table with 4 chairs. Free Wi-fi and cable TV are provided. We also have a queen size sleeper sofa bed for additional sleeping arrangements. The master bedroom has a king size bed, dresser, TV and an en suite bathroom. The second bedroom has twin bunk beds as well a full bed (room can comfortably sleep 4 people) as well as a large closet and TV.

We will provide you with the following items: cleaning supplies, Swiffer wet jet mop, broom, and vacuum. We also supply hangers, laundry baskets, towels and fresh linens for your stay! Our cleaning staff will leave you with a starter pack of supplies which includes toilet paper, paper towels, dish washer tablet, and bars of soap in each bathroom.

Feel free to use the 4 beach chairs, beach buggy and assorted toys for your days at the beach!

Upon you first visit to our condo, take a moment to peruse the binder on the dining room table which is full of information about the resort, restaurants, and things to do on HHI. We hope you come and stay in our beautiful beach condo to see why we love it so much!

This was our first time staying on Hilton Head Island. Property was very clean and well kept. The kids loved playing pickleball, arcades and we also spent a lot of time at the large outdoor pool which is great. The outdoor pool also has a restaurant/bar connected with it which was a nice plus! Beach was beautiful as well. You will do a fair bit of walking to get to the various amenities as they are spread out amongst the several buildings. Overall had a great time and very much enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

The booking process was smooth and intuitive, with plenty of filters to find exactly what we were looking for. Thank you for being flexible and responsive! We had weather impact our plans so having a nice place to relax was great. Only recommendation is maybe some pickleball equipment for guest use and update the checkout time to 10 am as the cleaning crew arrived and asked us to leave but we were mostly ready, just last minute things. Thanks again for your hospitality!

My family of 4 enjoyed this unit. It small but served its purpose. It was clean. Wish there were extra towels and wash cloths available to use during our stay. Lots of amenities on the property to utilize which was a plus. The beach access was a trek. Once you get to the boardwalk there is about a 10 min walk to the beach. However, there is an attendant on duty with a golf cart to transport you across the boardwalk if needed.

This property was nice, parking pass permitted to enter the grounds which was good that random people couldn’t come and go. Plenty of linens, everything you need. Nice pool areas. My only complaint is the walk to the beach! It’s killer in the scorching sun lol
