Close to everything you need!
Clearwater best beaches 10 to 15 min. If you want something really special stay in this house!
Also you have own extra laundry room with washer and dryer. Huge and HEATED Pool, outside space, fire bit, grill place, jacuzzi tub !3 bedroom. 2 Kingzize bedroom, one full bedroom with bathroom.2,5 bathrooms.
We allow pets on request for a fee and deposit.
BACKYARD IS TOTALLY FENCED!

Clearwater Getaway

The home was clean and spacious, and the listing pics were accurate. The heated pool was awesome, and had easy access steps that made getting in and out easy. The screened in area out back was great for enjoying a morning coffee. Any questions we had were answered quickly. We would stay here again if we are in the area. The only small negative is that it is on a fairly busy road, and a lot of cars tend to drive well over the 30mph speed limit.

Beautiful house with a wide private pool

The title says it all. Very nice location with a warm neighborhood. Cool house with cozy environment. Me and my wife had a wonderful time.

Great house in a great location

Our daughter attended a week of camp at Clearwater Marine Aquarium and this house was perfect for our stay. We loved the quiet neighborhood and really enjoyed having our own pool. The house had everything we needed and the host was easy to contact. Would definitely stay again!

Overall was a very clean safe property. There was plenty of room for my family. Pool area was great!! Which was refreshing !! I would definitely go back there again. Dealing with Boris was great. He got back to me right away. A must see on your stay should be honeymoon island. Was not that far from the house. I did not cook but the kitchen was well equipped for your cooking needs. There is a gas grill available to use which is great as well. Only thing the bed pillows are very uncomfortable and flat. They could use new ones there. Beds were very comfy.

Exactly what we needed

Great home for a family of 5. Can fit more! Beautiful home and pool! Boris was great at communicating. The dishwasher was messed up but as soon as I informed him, he had someone out same day to check it out and ready to replace it! Would stay again!

Great Property!

My husband & I enjoyed our stay at this comfortable, roomy, clean home. The location was perfect for us. The kitchen was well-appointed with all of the cookware, utensils, dishes, cups, etc to prepare our meals. The clean, heated pool was wonderful! Communication with Boris was effortless. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there and would definitely stay again!

Great property and location!

The location of this house is awesome! It was definitely as pictured and even better in person. Boris was a very good host. The only negative was the weather as it was raining a lot but very nice. Heated pool and back porch area. I would definitely recommend this property and will probably use again in the future!

Comfortable, clean, convenient!

I loved this place, roomy and comfy! There are no kitchen supplies , except what former guests happen to leave…like coffee filters, salt and pepper. Not much else in the kitchen. Pots & pans, yes. Beds are comfy, pool is exquisite, location is central. Clean an roomy, a real gem!

Family reunion

Except for the pool not able to use for 2 days and trash bins being full on Thursday when we came , provided us bin Sunday otherwise I appreciate the owner waving the pet fee ($56.00) for those inconveniences.

Nice house

This was a very nice house with an excellent pool and patio. We also especially loved the huge master bathroom . The propane grill out on the patio was great too. Only problem we had was the pool heater stopped functioning and it took a day to get someone out there to resolve it - but the hosts were responsive from the moment we notified them, maybe the pool techs were tied up with other jobs, no big deal. I’d go back.

Spring break 2023

My wife and our two kids just got back from our vacation at sunset point. The house was adequate for what we needed. The owner was very responsive when we we had issues with the heater on the pool not working and was able to get someone out on the 2nd day to fix it. The house is in a good location with regards to proximity to the beach, shopping and dining and groceries. The cons: the third bedroom appears to be an office converted into a bedroom and certainly is not a king bed, more like a queen bed. The house is on a very busy street and you can hear cars at all hours of the day even night time especially if you are sleeping in the front bedroom, good luck trying to get a good night sleep tonight in that bedroom. The house overall could use a little TLC, and had a musty smell when we first got there and took a little while for that to go away. If we return to the Clearwater area I would probably look at a different property given this house is on a busy road.

Comfortable house with heated pool and fenced in backyard!

This house was perfect for our stay with two dogs in Clearwater. Host is highly responsive and friendly. Would absolutely consider staying here next time we are in Clearwater!!

Relaxing getaway

Great space to relax and enjoy the pool. Convenient location to beaches, dining and entertainment in Clearwater and Dunedin. Plenty of space so spread out and very clean.
