We were in town for the night and stayed in this beautiful condo. The decor was modern and beautiful, and every detail was accounted for. We felt very safe and welcome. We will definitely look to stay here if we visit the area again!
Loved the location of the property. We walked many places. Convenient for food, shopping, etc.. Only complaints: parking was an issue and the bed was quite uncomfortable. Property was clean and instructions for check in/out were great. No need to contact anyone.
My husband and I stayed at this property and hiked 2 days at Sleeping Bear, he played golf at Sugar Loaf, and we went kayaking on the Crystal River. We had dinner in downtown Traverse City every night. Great apartment and great location!
Cute clean small condo close to the main strip in Traverse City. Only a couple of improvements I’d make: the bathroom needs a trash can and the dryer lint trap should be checked more regularly (seems like a fire hazard). I also found wet towels in the washer. But these bits were minor and overall we enjoyed our stay
The overall experience was very good. The location of the condo was outstanding. I would like to see a few more spaces in the parking lot. 4 of the nights we had to park in the paid parking garage. You had to be extra careful in the shower as the drain was recessed. But other than that, it was great, and we would definitely stay there again.
The bed was super comfortable and the sheets and bedding and towels very nice, the place was GREAT overall and very clean! Had trouble with the living room TV remote, the battery was dead or something else might have been wrong with it, but it didn’t work and there were no replacement batteries available. Capri is a very high quality building and property and the location is perfect!
The property was secure, safe and close to shopping and restaurants.
I didn't like that the shades were broken, the bedroom closet was either locked or broke but would not open, leaving us only the one coat closet at the entrance. Parking behind the condo was not always available, leaving only the adjacent parking garage, the comforter on the bed was damp and consequently made the top sheet damp as well, so had to dry them which took over two hours. If you have a cleaning service, why do I have to start the wash for linens and towels and throw the trash out before leaving?

Capri is nice but property needs attention
The location is wonderful and the condo property is nice. Here is what didn’t work.
1. The host didn’t respond to any of my messages.
2. We didn’t have internet/wifi for 2 days
3. Could not get the local channels on the TV to work
4. There was blood on the mattress pad and on a bath towel.
5. No communication book for the property
6. Parking was a nightmare. Advertised spaces were rarely available and it was ~$20 night to park in the garage.
7. Food was in the dishwasher.
We’ve stayed in the Capri before in another property and it was wonderful, unfortunately that was not the case for this property.
The only problem we encountered was getting to the facility. The neighborhood is under heavy construction and that made navigation difficult. (Which might be worth adding in your note.) Once we found the unit and walked around we figured an alternate route and enjoyed a nice, quiet and relaxing stay.
(I’d also suggest some cleaning supplies, like a sponge - I hate wasting paper towels - or suggest guests bring their own. The counter had some coffee stains from the coffee makers, but we had trouble cleaning that with a paper towel and didn’t want to use the bath linens to scrub the stains. Not a big deal, just a suggestion.
Oh - one more thing - the shower is dangerous! I slipped and nearly fell. I used a towel as a bath mat, but that caused a near overflow of shower water.)
Thanks for all the support and communication. We’d recommend and stay again
Great location with a short walk to downtown and the shoreline. Very clean with all needed amenities. Host was very clear and concise with check in process.
