We have been Nantucket regulars since 1991. We feel in love with the smell, sounds and serenity of the island years ago. We have 4 kids, one of which has a physical disability. We chose this property because it is flat, accessible and kid friendly. We love to see our children playing in the yard.
Why they chose this property
This is a secluded property that can either be coupled with 3 White Hart lane for a full compound type rental. Put the in-laws in the guest cottage and have the kids and celebrations at the main house for a true beach house experience. Otherwise the cottage is a stand alone, beautiful, brand new property with all of the modern amenities. It is beautifully appointed for afternoon sunsets, sounds of the ocean and seclusion that separates it from other properties. It abuts a 90 acre boy scout preservation so your neighbors are nature.
What makes this property unique
You can ride your bike to town in 10 minutes, 2.5 miles or better yet, avoid the chaos of town and get all your needs by shopping on Amelia Drive, the Stop n' Shop and near the airport. You back roads to everything to avoid that mid-summer traffic. Just stock up and head to one of the few remaining drive on beaches of Nobadeer. You can walk .4 miles o the beach for an evening stroll or sit on your porch and just listen to the sound of the waves in the comfort of your indoor/outdoor living room.
