New, modern and avant-garde building located in Carolina Park in Quito. Ideal for executives and tourists who need everything they want during your stay in Quito.

You will stay in a bright one-room apartment located on the 11th floor with a private terrace and excellent views of the Pichincha volcano.
The ONE building consists of multiple social areas:
Gym, games room, rest areas, swimming pool, jacuzzi, steam room, sauna, library, squash court, etc.
Everything you need to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
First of all we have a nice lobby to access the building.
On the second floor we have a wet area, such as a pool, sauna, steam room, Jacuzzi, and respective dressing rooms with lockers.
On the third floor we have a large gym with multiple equipment. We even have a boxing area. On the same floor, we also have a laundry area.
On the fourth floor, we have a games area, composed of table tennis, billiards, darts, table games, and resting areas with TV.
Finally, the ONE building is the tallest building in Quito today. You can contemplate a 360º panoramic view of the entire city. It is wonderful
