About this property

Family friendly beach house with four spacious bedrooms. Fully equipped kitchen with everything the cook requires. Full size washer and dryer in laundry closet in downstairs bathroom. Much desired west end of the island where there is less traffic and gorgeous wide beaches. Inlet is perfect for shelling. Near excellent private beach access. Enclosed outdoor shower, porch rockers, picnic table and charcoal grill. Weekly rental in season is Sunday to Sunday.

A little bit of heaven

The house was perfect for our family vacation. The kitchen was well stocked and the walk to the beach was short. We would stay here again!

Great beach rental

This house met all of our needs and expectations. It was very comfortable and had everything one could possibly need to have a great stay. The owners were very easy to communicate with and were quick to respond to any need or question that we had. Our group consisted of 6 adults and 2 children ages 5 and 8 and everyone was comfortable with the accommodations. The house is an easy 4 or 5 minute walk to the beach. The area is quiet and family oriented. We would be happy to stay again sometime in the future!

We had a great time!

We had a great family vacation at this property. It was very clean and the owners are very nice. The kitchen was perfectly stocked with cooking ware. The beach wagon was a plus since we didn’t have room to bring our own. I would definitely stay at this property again.

Amazing Hosts!

The home is beautiful. Amenities are great! Location is great - less than a two minute walk to beach and quiet street. Aside from a small weather related issue the home was wonderful. Even better are the hosts! I cannot say enough wonderful things about them! They were responsive, friendly, and accommodating to our family’s needs. I will definitely stay here again!!

Beach getaway

The home was clean and neat. Concerned with the safety of the stairs leading into the house. The ice maker didn’t work and could have used more towels and toiletries….ie…more than one roll of TP! Also, the furniture was less than comfortable.

Great quiet beach house

Location was very quiet & relaxing. House very roomy & comfy. Kitchen equipped. Very short walk to the beach & boardwalk makes it a easy walk.

Great place close to beach access!

We stayed here for a week with family and loved it! The beach access was so close that it was easy to go back and forth throughout the day. The house was clean and well stocked with essentials and the rooms were nice and spacious! We had a great time and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

A good time was had by all!

Family… grandparents, children and grandchildren, we all enjoyed our time at Holden Beach. The house was comfortable, clean and roomy, beach walkway was close and easy to access, traffic was very light at that end of the island. We would definitely stay here again

Wonderful property!

Wonderful property in a great location! Quiet area of the island, beach access is across the street. House is 3rd house on street so very short walk to beach which was fantastic. Owner is super nice. Pretty much everything you could need for a vacation is in the house. We rented Cornhole boards from Boomers for the week for super cheap so that was awesome too. Can't wait to be back already!!

Perfect house to spend Thanksgiving!

We spent 5 days here with family to celebrate Thanksgiving. Great price, great location, great host! Kitchen has tons of pots and pans, and other useful stuff to cook a big meal. Nice outdoor shower. You will not be disappointed in this house.

Great Vacation

The property was just as it was described online. We were there with our family and friends for my wife’s birthday and had a great experience. Wonderful week in Holden Beach!

First off, the week in Holden Beach couldn’t have been more perfect. The weather was amazing, not one drop of rain. Property upgrades are very nice! Love the hardwood floors. Clean and comfy to accommodate our two families. With being only steps from the beach it was so easy get there and back each day (Even with our large crew of kids) Kitchen was well stocked, and appliances worked great. We ate in every night. We will be back!

Fantastic Property!!

This property was fantastic and a very short walk from the beach. The description is extremely accurate and the owners have done upgrades from what is listed and shown in pictures. The best addition in my opinion is a dining room Table!

Lovely spot

Nice property just steps from the beach. Very relaxing atmosphere. Was very clean when we arrived, has a fully stocked kitchen and a great outdoor shower.
