Beautiful & spacious house that can accommodate up to 8 people, modern design that offers all the comforts & facilities that are ideal for business travelers, couples or families for work or relaxation. The spectacular backyard is perfect for entertaining friends and family. The house is located in a tranquil neighborhood of Zibata about 20 minutes from historic downtown and located close to tourist areas such as Bernal, Tequisquiapan, San Miguel de Allende & San Juan del Rio.
The house has 1 bedroom and a full bathroom on the first floor, and 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms on the 2nd floor. Kitchen with bar opens up to the dining room and living room. Living room has a large sliding door that leads up to the beautiful backyard. WIFi is available throughout the house, living room and master bedroom have 4K smart TVs loaded with Netflix and cable TV featuring a large selection of channels. Upper floor has a laptop-friendly workstation as well as a terrace, perfect for relaxation while sipping cup of coffee/tea or reading a book.
Access to the clubhouse amenities like pool, gym, and children's play area are only few steps away from the house. It's also in a close proximity to public parks where you can go running, walking, biking or playing sports.

This property has a great distribution and enough for big families or big friends groups. You can spend a great weekend with access to a swimming pool or have a great match in the Golf Club with your friends with is very close to the house.
