The main front entry is located off the 2nd level & will lead you to a wonderful open floorplan main living area. The fully equipped gourmet kitchen overlooks the living/dining area & features elegant white marble counters, new stainless steel appliances & bar seating for 3 with sleek bar-high white leather chairs. Adjacent to the kitchen is a round ocean front dining table with comfortable seating.
The living room is fully equipped with modern leather sofa seating in front of an amazing fully tiled wall, soft accent lighting, cozy electronic fireplace perfect for those cool winter nights & high-end SMART TV mounted above with a picture so crisp it'll blow your mind. Off the living room are fully retractable pocket sliding glass doors that lead you to your exclusive ocean front patio with BBQ… the perfect spot for enjoying sunsets with a glass of wine.

Further down the hallways is our relaxing master suite that boasts a comfy King size bed, mounted SMART TV & ensuite ba complete with an oversized vanity & walk-in surround tile shower.

Parking includes a shared garage with tandem parking for 2 vehicles & easy access to the home. Approximate dimensions 6'10”H x 7'W x 30'D, ***compact vehicles recommended. Additional parking includes nearby public lots + street parking that is permitted at no fee.

POLICIES & GOOD NEIGHBOR GUIDELINES
• GUEST REQUIREMENTS | Per certain regulations & HOA requirements, guests must be at least 30 years of age to book with us. If your group is all adults, then all guests must meet our minimum age of 30.
• OCCUPANCY | Our maximum occupancy refers to the number of people allowed in the home at any given time (ie includes both guests & visitors), some of which may be mandated by certain regulations. Exceptions towards the maximum number of people allowed may be made for children under the age of 2. Guest(s) agrees that more than the number of people stated on the reservation shall not occupy the premises. The number of guests includes visitors, even if they are not staying overnight.
• NOISE | Our homes are intended for relaxing getaways, not rowdy beach parties. Music and other noise is to be kept at an appropriate level and in a manner that is mindful to neighbors. Noise that can be heard 50 feet away from the home is prohibited. Parties are not allowed. If there is excessive noise or music, any illegal activity, or evidence of violation of these policies, you may be asked to vacate the premise without any refund and additional charges may be assessed.
• COMBINATION LISTINGS | Due to occupancy restrictions, larger groups looking to book multiple units must reserve a approved combination listing. No more than 1 combination listing can be reserved per stay.
• RESERVATION CONFIRMATION | Upon confirmation of your reservation, you will receive arrival instructions, parking details, wifi access, and tips on local eats & attractions.
