Beautiful one bedroom suite in Penticton for rent. Located in one of Penticton’s most sought out community Sendero Canyon. There is lots to explore: hiking trails right at the back of the rental, 5 mins drive to the beach, downtown Penticton (5mins), restaurants and much more. The suite in newly built with all new appliances and furniture for you to enjoy. Sleeps 4. Fully licensed (1006523) and registered.
About the suite.

The suite has a private entrance via the side / back gate so you can have some privacy. There is also a code to enter the suite so check in and out is convenient and contactless.

Great stay in Penticton

Our family stayed here for 4 nights. This is a basement suit very well maintained in a newer house located in a new neighborhood of Penticton. We enjoyed our stay and we plan to return next year.

Repeat Stay

This was our 2nd stay (3 nights in July 2023); Our first stay was 4 nights in July 2022. Place was very clean and beautiful, with all the amenities that we needed to support our stay (full kitchen, spacious living room and bathroom, washer and dryer). Quiet neighborhood in a newly developed area. The host (Victoria) was very responsive and helpful. Definitely will come back next summer!

Convenient with the right amenities

It’s a basement small apartment with a single bedroom. Ok for a couple with a child sleeping on the pullout couch. No thermostat controls in the space (upstairs in the main house). Quiet neighborhood (new) with good mountain walk close by. Everything is within 10 minutes. Safe.

Small, but livable

Small, basement apartment with Full bed (vs. queen) that is only a box spring and mattress (no frame); good bathroom; functional but small kitchen with electric appliances; huge TV on wall (too much for small space, but worked well); "sofa bed" isn't really a bed, rather a couch with a pullout popup (sheets don't fit something like this); no local control of the air conditioner. Washer-dryer included (which we used); parking in front of house good; narrow rock path to the back of house to get to basement. Neighborhood is walkable with local hikes up the mountain close by and a short drive into town. Not enough for the price (must have been peak season); The highlight of the property was the efficacy of the manager, Victoria. She was on it within minutes of getting messages. In summary, liveable for up to 3, while not perfect, acceptable.

Check in info not communicated until 9:30PM check in day! I was locked out - but the door lock was broken. Suite unlocked for two days . . . seven emails, five phone calls, and two text messages to change the lock batteries. Roku TV only, not the advertised cable/satellite. No live sports. Definitely poor sound proofing, you hear all the footsteps above. Space heater only, no control over heat / cooling You need a car to stay here For the price there are many better options. Ridiculous 'cleaning' fees Owner not on site, not on continent I've stayed in many superior places in Penticton, certainly never here again.

we loved staying there, meeting Victoria and her husband was a pleasure, they r fantastic hosts & made sure we had everything we needed and more, we will highly recommend their place to all, but, the size of the cleaning charges were a big surprise

Perfect Place for My Visit

I stayed for 23 days in Oct/Nov and this property was just right for me. The suite felt spacious, it was in a nice neighborhood, and it had very good lighting which really made a difference that time of year. The washer and dryer were a big asset. My 6-year-old grandson visited often and stayed overnight, and he was able to put the sofa-bed away very easily. (The sofa is new and even better than the one pictured.) Also, I was able to work remotely a few hours a week. Last but not least, Victoria was was very welcoming and helpful! I really appreciated her and her family. I very likely will stay here again when I visit my family who live in this area.

Very nice, new and clean

The suite was very clean, and had good amenities such as A/C, washer/dryer, vacuum, etc. The bed was comfortable and parking is very convenient. The neighbourhood is walkable with some great views. Victoria, the host, is very accommodating and respectful of her guests' privacy.
