Recently restored with their gardens and parking lots, we are pleased to offer you our 2 gîtes, in a former family farm. They can be rented separately or together according to your needs. Each gîte benefits from an outdoor space and private parking. During the renovation in August 2024, we chose French-made bedding, "hotel palace" class, and opted for second-hand furniture that provides a warm atmosphere. Welcome! The gîte is housed in an old farmhouse 3km from the village of Moulins-le-Carbonnel. It is a detached house surrounded by green spaces: landscaped garden, private terraces and a pond make up the landscape of the property on a total surface area of 4,220 m2. Other dwellings coexist with the gîte. It is an ideal place to discover the Alpes Mancelles region, meet up with family or friends, or simply enjoy a natural environment. Ground floor: open kitchen and utility room equipped with 2 refrigerators/freezers, microwave, 2 dishwashers, washing machine. Large living room/dining room (56m2) 2 bedrooms. (bedroom 1: 160x190 bed, accessible for people with reduced mobility, bedroom 2: 160x190 bed, bathroom/wc adapted for people with reduced mobility and separate WC. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (bedroom 3: 140x190 bed, bedroom 4: 4 bunk beds 90x190), shower room/wc. and a large games room of 59 m2 with table football and table tennis and additional beds, 2 140cm beds and 1 90cm bed 2 bunk kits. Equipment: 2 flat screen TVs, wifi (fiber has arrived!), fireplace. The bedding of the double beds is new and made in France, palace hotel class for a good night's sleep. Not included: oil heating and wood to be paid at the end of the stay. Towels/household linen (supplement 12€ per person for the (living room). Additional beds are available - 15 people maximum with an additional charge. Large gatherings are possible for parties with the living room and garden area. Tables and benches are available on site. End-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and trash) is €110 mandatory and additional, payable upon booking or upon key collection upon arrival. Mandatory pet supplement: €15/night. Living room, bathroom, toilet, one bedroom, and utility room are wheelchair accessible.
Check-in is at 4:00 PM. Check-out time to be determined based on the situation (contact the manager).
