Relax and enjoy your Florida break in this tastefully decorated 4 bedroom villa in the Gated Community of Mission Park in the Four Corners Area. The home features an open floor plan with a large Kitchen, Family Room, Living Room and a South facing private Pool with Spa and over-sized Pool Deck. The covered Lanai has a table and chairs as well as a BBQ/Grill, provided free of charge, perfect for sunset dining.

The Master Bedroom has a King size Bed and a large en-suite Bathroom. In addition the home has two Queen size Bedrooms, one Twin Bedroom and a Hall Bathroom. All bedrooms feature flat screen Cable TV's and Ceiling Fans. To help you relax after a long day at the parks cool off in the pool, watch a movie or play a game. There is a DVD Player and a Nintendo Wii console with some games. Bring your favorite Nintendo game and DVD's or simply rent a movie at a RedBox location, minutes away. In the Games Room is a Ping Pong Table and a Foosball Table for a bit of competitive action. There are also two Bikes to take a spin around the community.

Free WIFI and Phone calls within the USA and to Canada and Puerto Rico. A Wall Safe is provided to store any valuables.

Traveling with small Children, we have you covered. The home has a Pack 'n' Play, High Chair and Stroller.

A short walk from the home is the Community Pool and Playground with a Basketball Court and Children's Climbing area with a Slide.

This fabulous Villa is ideally located in the gated community of Mission Park on Hwy 27 just 3 miles North of Hwy 192 and close to all the Parks and the many Attractions. The drive to the Disney World Gate takes approx. 15 minutes, to SeaWorld about 30 minutes and the Orlando International Airport is 40 minutes away.

Grocery shopping is nearby including Publix and Walmart. For eating out, there are Restaurants, Pubs, Pizzerias and all major fast-food Chains all located within 3 miles on Hwy 27.

There are many Golf Courses within 20 minutes drive from the villa.

Another good stay

This is the second year in a row we’ve stayed here, and both times have been good. The kids especially like the pool, which is very well maintained. The house is roomy and well kept. We he had another good stay, and had no issues at all.

Fabulous Home!

This home exceeded our expectations! The home was spacious and beautifully kept. The neighborhood was quiet which was perfect for relaxing on the lanai or by the pool after busy days of touristy excursions. The property manager was incredibly helpful with details needed before and during our stay. We would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for their home away from home while on vacation in the Orlando area!

Misson Park property

We enjoyed a lovely stay at the property that was well-appointed with amenities and very comfortably accommodated 5 adults. Its location was ideal for our trip where we made an occasional journey to central Orlando and spent time in the Clermont/Monteverde/ Winter Gardens areas. We appreciated the connection and information about the property in advance from Pamela and Willy. Would highly recommend the property to anyone looking for accommodation in the vicinity.

Perfect Stay

Great place Great host Awesome experience I won’t bore anyone with every single detail about the trip. However I will say this was by far the best experience we’ve had using VRBO. The house was perfect with more than enough space and lighting. We felt comfortable the entire time and were able to truly get some rest and relaxation. The pool was incredible and actually a lot larger than it looks in the picture. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property to anyone coming to the area.

Excellent vacation

The house was perfect for our family. Plenty of room for everyone. Pool/hot tub was great to relax after a long day at Disney. Also, excellent communication from the owners - we would definitely recommend this place to others.

Great rental space

This property was a perfect place to stay with my family and very clean and spacious. The property manager was great at getting back to us about any issues we had. We would definitely come back to stay at this rental.

The house was fantastic, the property management was great & we had a wonderful time. Our experience was ideal. The location is great, close enough to everything and far enough away that you felt like you could completely relax. The house was very nice & the pool was the perfect place to escape to every day.

Clean and comfy

Everything was clean and comfy. The pool is well maintained, and the kids had a lot of fun playing in it. The neighborhood is a gated community, and was quiet. The garage/game room with the foosball and table tennis was fun also. I would stay here again for sure.

Beautiful home! We rented for a week with our family. The home was super clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. The pool and spa were wonderful. The lanai is large and perfect for family fun. Close to the parks and other orlando areas! Pamela was always available and extremely easy to work with. Would stay again!!

Nice property, host could have been more kind.

The property was just as advertised, not a bad drive from Disney, and just what we needed for our family vacation. Beds weren’t very comfortable, but it got the job done! When talking to the host on the day of our reservation, they were not kind at all on the phone. Hung up on us out of frustration when asking about entry to the home. It was my mistake for not remembering the email with the information on it, but instead of reminding me and forwarding the email kindly, she was very rude, short, and hung up on me. My family members listened and were shocked how she spoke to me. Other than that, this is a great stay.

Great family rental near Disney!

Perfect for our family of 5! We loved the house and the pool, and the fact that the property managers were so attentive and quick to respond. One sink was draining slowly when we arrived, and they were over very quickly after I emailed to fix it. The location was great for amenities like restaurants and shopping, and close to Disney. An hour and a half drive east or west, and we were on a coast. Loved it! If I could leave any notes or suggestions, I would say the bed in the master bedroom is hard. It could probably use a replacement. I just used a blanket from the closet and put it under the sheet for a mattress topper for our 12 day stay, that worked for me:) The hot tub could also be hotter for our liking. It’s really barely warmer than the pool, and occasionally cooler, which we found odd. Although that may just be the way they do hot tubs in Florida, haha. The kitchen is very well equipped with dishes and appliances. I would just add a strainer bowl for rinsing fruits or draining pasta. (And maybe a shaker of salt:) That was the one thing we didn’t think to pick up at the store.) All in all, we were VERY happy with the house we choose! We would definitely stay here again!

Loved it!

I can’t say enough good things about the property managers. They were very responsive and professional. They even rushed to the UPS store before closing to mail our daughter’s backpack, which we forgot. We were so appreciative! Communication was very clear from booking forward. I had read a review about a renter not liking the signs around the house but we found them helpful. The house is nicely laid out and was very clean. Very nicely decorated. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. Close to grocery store and restraints. The house is due for a deep cleaning (e.g., scuffs on walls, bathroom tile grout, etc) and general cosmetic maintenance (e.g., horizontal blinds are stiff, screen door of living room bent/goes off track, etc). However, nothing was significant enough for us to worry about. And, if we had called about it, I’m sure those things would have been attended to immediately. Kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed to make our own meals. The only addition I can think of is that it could use a cutting board. We greatly enjoyed the pool and hot tub which were both clean. (Tip: You need to run the bubbles to get the hot tub temperature to 104.). It was very relaxing after a day at the parks. The only significant complaint I had was the mattresses were uncomfortable (except for the middle room that had a soft queen mattress). I’m guessing the mattresses are old, as they have noisy springs and are fairly hard. I’d recommend replacing the master bed, twin beds, and 1st guest room queen mattress). Note: I’m picky about mattresses and prefer soft beds. If you prefer a firm mattress then you would have no complaint. Overall house was great and excellent deal for the price. Best management company we’ve ever had. We would stay here again!

Great vacation Home

Location great, close to all the fun of Orlando. Home had so many items beach chairs, coolers an umbrellas made traveling local really nice the necessities were a blessing. Also all the comforts of a home, pool right outside, an lovely walks in the neighborhood in the morning an late evenings was peaceful. Loved our stay all family myself an husband an our 3 boys an 1 daughter in law had the best VACATION. Highly recommended 🥰

Beyond expectations

My family loved everything about this home. Star of the show was the pool. We swam every morning and night. The home was very clean and spacious.. The neighborhood was so quiet and friendly. A little paradise tucked away from the main stream of things with easy access to stores, restaurants and Disney. Would love to stay there again

Best VRBO House in Years!

We have been renting VRBO houses in the Orlando area for many years. Our last one was a real dud, so we went into this one a little nervous. We were over the moon for this house. Some details to help you decide: - It is in a quiet, gated community. The turn into the property is easy and we never had to wait in a line to enter. - The pool is a huge part of our vacations, so we paid for pool heat. The pool was actually warm! The hot tub gets sufficiently hot after 30 minutes of the timer being on. The water was clear and the patio was clean. - Appliances and washer/dryer work and are modern. - Flat screens in every room. - Ping-pong and fooseball in the garage along with a men's and women's Diamondback comfort bikes. I saw two high-chairs available. - Kitchen was stocked with all necessary utensils and dishes. - Beds were clean, newer, and comfortable. - The house is bright, airy, and roomy. - They set the door code and the alarm code to a number we were familiar with, so no forgetting. Also, the owner/operator is local, which is huge. We have stayed in many houses where the owner is in the UK. The companies that care for these houses don't take the same level of care as an owner. You could tell the house is well-loved. Overall, an awesome experience. We are so excited to have officially found our home-away-from-home and can't wait to book again for next year!

This house was perfect for our family of 6 to stay. We paid to have the pool heated because it was Jan/Feb and it allowed the kids to swim. The location is about 20-25 minutes from Disney parks which was easy to get back and forth from. The owners respond quickly and were great. Recommend.

Wonderful

Everything was just as pictured and described. We had a very relaxing and enjoyable time. We rode the bikes, swam in the pool and ate too much. It was great. Our only complaint was that we didn’t stay long enough. We will fix that next time. Thanks for everything.

Disney visit

This house was perfect for us. We visit the area every year and this was our favorite of all. First, the house was spotlessly clean. There was plenty of room for myself, wife, son and daughter in-law and 4 and 6 year old granddaughters. The bedrooms all had comfortable beds and great bedding (this is seldom the case) with good TVs. The kitchen was well equipped with new or near new gear. The swimming pool/spa and pool furniture were spotlessly clean and ready to use. There are features that make this house better than others. The gas grill and fuel was included in the price and not an annoying up charge. The game room had very nice ping pong and fossball (sp?) tables. There were bicycles, beach chairs, beach umbrellas and coolers, strollers and other small child gear included. I have never seen this level fun stuff included in the listed price. The location looks further away from Disney than the Four Corners area, where we usually rent, but actually has a shorter drive time because of lighter traffic. The Clermont area has every retail store you could possibly want without the dreaded congestion of the route 192/Four Corners. We loved this house. It's a great value. We will stay there again.

Excellent place to stay

We enjoyed our stay at this location. The house was clean and well stocked. The owners response time is very good. My only criticism is for the pool. It needs a in pool filteration system. There was a lot of dirt and debris in the pool. As a result we were not able to use it. Overall we would definitely stay there again.
