Lovely home in great location

We loved our stay! The house was super clean, had a nice kitchen, and great outdoor space. It was close to everything but still quiet and relaxing.

Love this place!

Had a lovely time at 444. The house is gorgeous with lots of attention to design detail. It was very comfortable to hang out in and very clean. We have rented Alexander homes in Palm Springs several times and this is our favorite!

Pretty great little house.

Very cute little house with lovely quiet backyard we stayed with another couple and it was plenty of room. House is older but clean and comfy. Fun decor. Everything is in working order. Used the laundry machine and although small it did the trick! Very nice and tidy yard The only downfalls o would mention is the fire pit is super cool but only has two chairs. For a house that sleeps 4-5 people I would suggest having that many chairs available to enjoy the fire. The outdoor furniture cushions was very dirty/ stained. But very comfy. There are no cushions for the loungers by the pool and that would be nice as well. Overall this place is super cute clean and comfy. I would stay again!

Lovely, well-designed and well-kept

usband and I rented the house over a long weekend and we were delighted with our stay there. The home was bright and airy yet private, and immaculate and beautifully decorated. And the heated pool was a definite bonus! We found both the owners and the property manager to be very organized, helpful and accommodating. We would love to stay there again during our next trip to Palm Springs A++

3 weeks in Palm Springs

Overall, we had a very nice stay. The house is very comfortable. The pool is nice and always sunny! Glad we paid to heat the pool and our French bulldog loved the back yard! Although the house is great, the wear and tear is showing. The house could use a minor freshen up.. new carpet and paint for sure and maybe upgrading the living room sofa and rug. King bed in the primary bedroom would have been more comfortable. When it rains, there is a drainage issue and water tends to pool by the outdoor loggia and grilling area. We would definitely stay here again.. close proximity to downtown and super quiet street. We had a blast. Thank you!

When in Palm Springs...

...surround yourself with Mid-Century Modernism. Great authentic home; great location. Located on a quiet street, it's just a 5-minute drive to downtown. We especially enjoyed the collection of Palm Springs-themed coffee table books.

Wonderful stay in Palm Springs!

We have just returned from an eight night stay at this property. The house is exactly as shown in the pictures, and is wonderfully comfortable and clean. We spent the majority of our time in the beautiful garden and pool area, and used the BBQ almost every night. The kitchen is very well stocked, and arrival and departure at the property was very easy. Martin was also very helpful during booking. We hope to return very soon!
