This was a great property to use as our base for 4 days. Close to Yellowstone and the other national parks/forests and perfect for day trips to the parks.
There were a few things that should be improved (the bed and futon are due for replacement), but overall, I am content with the experience for the price paid.
Very cute and cozy space perfect for 2-3 people. It was the perfect "home base" for balancing remote work with vacation plans. The apartment was very clean, had all the basics, AC (not a given in Montana but nice when weather is hotter than usual), good WiFi, and comfortable bed and bedding. Overall, a much nicer space than most of the local hotels at a competitive price point.
It was perfect for our needs and there were only two things we would suggest to help future renters. The indoor lighting is very poor; I had to use a flashlight to read and a nightlight in the bathroom would be extremely helpful. Instructions for the heating system would also be helpful. We finally realized that the thermostat only controls the main room.
We had a pull behind trailer that we didn’t think we would have and my son stayed a couple nights we didn’t plan on but Dan was great and we were able to park and my son loved it too! Thank you guy’s!
We needed this VRBO before the north gate got closed, so it was a bit more of a trek than anticipated for Yellowstone's west gate. Still worth it! This place was in a cute town that had a farmer's market the day we got in. Nice people everywhere! We saw some deer on the property.
The size was adequate for our four adults but you wouldn't want to sleep on the futon, so I recommend bringing an air mattress. Everything worked out great for us, it was so great to have a full kitchen to use to prep meals for the day. Owner was very nice! I'd stay here again in a heartbeat!
This was my first Vrbo experience so wasn’t sure what to expect. The apartment was above a garage and was super cute and clean. Experienced a momma white tail and her baby walking through the property. The road was a little bumpy getting back in the neighborhood, but not horrible.
Great location with very nice accommodations. Owner gave us recommendations for beautiful hikes. Close to so many things to do and see.
We feel fortunate to have stayed here!
The VRBO was amazing and the property manager was amazing. Could not be more satisfied with the stay. Great place for 2-4 people to stay and have a great time while being close to Bozeman and Yellowstone. Lots of places to hike around it too! We definitely hope to return!
This vrbo saved our vacation when snow blocked access to another location we were going to stay at. Dan was super easy to work with, and at a day's notice we booked the place. It was as advertised, very clean, and with great access to everything in the Livingston, Bozeman, and Paradise Valley areas.
We booked at the very lat minute and the owner was very kind from the beginning and quick to accept our reservation. From other reviews I read before booking was that the bed was most peoples biggest complaint and I would have to agree. Other than that it was a super nice place to stay and I would definitely stay here again!

A beautiful gem
This place has everything you need in a quiet place just out of town! Coming from Illinois, we really enjoyed the western motif of this place! Dan made sure to shovel the steps and even cleaned off our car!
Loved this spot and location! Daniel was super responsive with check in details and booking. My only feedback is that the bed was extremely firm, but we made it work!
