A nice place to stay
We had a great time in the appartment. The beach is in 100 meters. And the location is perfect. The parkingplace is very good.

L’ Annexe review
The Annexe was exactly to our requirements, it was clean on arrival and had everything needed for our stay. The outside balcony was also a really good feature especially in the evening when the weather was good. We had all the information needed to access the property on arrival, the location is also very convenient being in the centre of Lion-sur-mer and close to the beach and also an ideal base to tour the d day museums and memorials. We would definitely stay again when going to the area.

Little Gem.
Fabulous appartment in a superb location. I could quite happily have spent the entire time sunbathing on the terrace while watching the world go by. On site secure parking a big plus. We loved every second of our holiday and would recommend this appartment without hesitation. Thank you Christophe. Julie and Paul.

Séjour optimal, on ne peut espérer mieux !
Excellent séjour dans cet appartement. La communication avec les hôtes est parfaite. Rapide et très très agréable. L'arrivée idéale, le logement est superbe et extrêmement propre et bien équipé. Rien ne manque ! La situation est idéale dans Lion, des commerces a deux pas, la mer, tout ce qu'il faut. Vraiment un logement et des hôtes parfaits ! Merci beaucoup.

Appartement très proche de la mer
Nous avons passé trois jours à Lion sur mer. La promenade le long de la mer est très agréable. Il manquait un peu d’animation en cette fin de saison. Peu d’établissements pour s’arrêter boire un verre et très peu de restaurants. L’appartement est très bien équipé et nous avons pu profiter de la terrasse à l’abri du vent.

mooi appartement maar geen 10 waard
Het appartement ligt in een karakteristieke en gezellige straat op steenworp afstand van het strand. Ook is het heel handig dat je een eigen privé parkeerplaats hebt achter een gesloten poort. Helaas was bij aankomst de eenrichtingsweg waar het appartement aan ligt afgesloten zonder dat wij hiervan op de hoogte waren gesteld door de eigenaar. Hierdoor konden we pas na veel moeite het appartement bereiken. Voor ons vertrek hadden we een vraag gesteld via mail, waarop we geen antwoord hebben gekregen. We hadden verder ook geen telefoonnummer of de eigenaar zelf tijdens het verblijf gesproken. De netheid van het appartement was niet optimaal bij het toilet en de douche. Verder ontbrak er een rolgordijn bij de terrasdeur, waardoor de mensen die op de slaapbank sliepen vroeg wakker werden door het invallende licht. Er was een mooie keuken met genoeg borden, bestek en glaswerk. Zelfs BBQ, gourmet en fondue zijn aanwezig. Helaas kwamen we per toeval er achter dat ook op de dag dat we zouden vertrekken de weg weer afgesloten zou worden, dit keer vanwege een dorpsfeest. Ook hiervan waren we door de eigenaar niet op de hoogte gesteld. We zijn hierdoor al om 8.00 uur moeten vertrekken om niet ingesloten te raken. Kortom een mooie locatie maar geen 10 waard.

Wohnung direkt am Meer
Wohnung ist wie beschrieben wenige Schritte vom Strand entfernt. Das Meer ist vom Balkon aus zu sehen. Wohnung entspricht den Bildern. Vermieter antwortet bei Fragen direkt. Bett sehr bequem, Wohnung und Küche gut ausgestattet. Würden die Wohnung wieder mieten.

Tolle Wohnung mit allem, was man braucht. Liebevoll und praktisch eingerichtet mit schöner Terrasse. Lage der Wohnung ist auch super, der Ort ist klein und nett, einzig die vielen Algen am Strand waren sehr unangenehm. Aber das ist ja vielleicht nicht immer so. In der näheren und weiteren Umgebung gibt es viel zu unternehmen umd auch algenfreiere Strände.

Wir hatten fünf sehr schöne Tage in Lion-sur-mer. Die Fereiwohnung ist sehr schön und sauber. Nur wenige Meter vom Strand entfernt mit eigenem Parkplatz.

Top eingerichtet, alles vorhanden, zentral, Parkplatz auf Privatgelände
Ideal für zwei Personen. Wir haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet - wir haben jedenfalls nichts vermisst. Die Einrichtung ist stilvoll und modern. Am Wochenende war dann doch deutlich mehr Party in der Nachbarschaft, was uns allerdings nicht wirklich störte, da sich das Schlafzimmer zur angewandten Seite befand. Das Parken unseres Fahrzeugs war stressfrei im Innenhof möglich.

Logement parfait et propre, le cadre idyllique avec l'odeur de la mer en plus, on a apprécié la petite terrasse et la propriétaire est très gentille et discrète. Le seul petit reproche que je peux faire, c'est sur la télévision, on aurait aimé avoir la TNT mais après les promenades au bord mer nous a fait oublier ce petit détail.
