This retro-style, single-level home will treat you and your guests to some of those world-famous Maui sunsets, the sight of breaching whales, and easy beach access. You'll love swimming in the shared, outdoor pool that boasts beautiful ocean views or simply wading along the coastline waiting for turtles to pop their heads up out of the water. With the addition of a full kitchen, let this landing spot be a regular for your Maui vacations.

Maalaea is central to everything. Take a stroll down Hauoli Street to Haycraft Park for a beach day in the shade or sun. Just up the road, you'll find the Maui Ocean Center, shops, and harbor. The Ocean Center has plenty of exhibits for young and the young at heart including Maui's honu, sharks, and rotating presentations on our humpback whale visitors, Kaa'holawe. Afterward, take a sunset cruise on the Ali'i Nui to sip cocktails, dine, and enjoy the beauty of the island. And just a few miles south, you'll find Kihei town where you can explore one of the many beaches or get an amazing fish taco at Coconut's.

A little piece of heaven that needs some TLC

The location was awesome. The property needs a lot of TLC. Could have been a little cleaner when we checked in. The amenities provided were good. The owner are very welcome to contact me to go through some of the things that require fixing. I will be happy to help to make this unit more appealing for future guests

We were prepared for the fact that the unit was quite dated, in terms of decor. However, the unit requires maintenance. The showerhead continually dripped (loud and echoing), the fans in both bathrooms, which are on the same switch as the light, were extremely old and loud and the freezer leaked water into the fridge, preventing us from keeping any food on the top shelf and, at times, the second shelf as well.

The Condo has a beautiful view, could view the pool and nice layout! The amenities were perfect, it was a quiet condo on the end which was nice and the pool was perfect! The Condo is dated and has no AC. But has a whole the stay was nice!

This condo on Maalaea bay was wonderful for our family. Great view overlooking the pool and the bay. Quiet area with beautiful almost deserted beach within walking distance. Well stocked kitchen for cooking our own meals. Comfy beds. We had one issue and it was taken care of immediately and to our satisfaction. A great stay.

Great Location, but a bit tired

Stayed for a week over Christmas, gird sized apartment in great location on water’s edge with good views out to the ocean. The apartment needs a bit of TLC it is quite tired. In the kitchen the stove top heating rings are all at angles so saucepans etc do not sit level, Also them is no broiler pan for the oven so difficult to cook steaks etc. the crockery is a big mismatch of items plates etc do not match. Also the dishwasher lower rack is impossible to move in and out safely. Need more table mats Lanai doors in master bedroom need rehanging as virtually impossible to slide open. Beds were comfortable as were chairs/sofa in main living area. Hair dryer very old too, We did enjoy our stay it was just a little disappointing that the apartment was in need of updating.

Great spot with gorgeous lanai views

Couldn’t get over how perfect the view was here, plus you could hear the waves all night. Initial concerns that it was in a no-man’s-land between Kihei and Lahaina were totally wrong: it’s perfectly away from the bustle while also being just a short, beautiful drive away from restaurants and shops. Would absolutely stay here again.

Nice Place. Purchased two fans for the unit during our stay as there was no air conditioning provided. Unit came with fans but one did not work, so we bought two more so that future tenants would have them to use. We enjoyed our stay and hope to visit it again. Nice and comfortable.

Perfect location!

Views were amazing. The breeze from the bay was perfect. Close to everything. Nice beds. Loved we had the kitchen to cook meals at instead of going out to eat all the time. Would definitely recommend!
