Comfortable apartment in a semi-detached house, with courtyard and reserved parking space. Consisting of kitchen, living room, bathroom with shower, double bedroom and bedroom with 3 single beds. Possibility to have lunch and dinner in the garden. On foot you will reach the beaches of Punta Marina, preceded by our fragrant pine forests, and the city center where you will find all the amenities such as bars, supermarkets, shops, restaurants.
The house is heated so the living room is also possible in the winter.
Punta Marina Terme is part of the so-called Lidi Sud di Ravenna, together with Marina di Ravenna, Lido Adriano, Lido di Dante, Lido di Classe and Lido di Savio.
The resort offers a holiday of relaxation and well-being with spa services by the sea and large equipped sandy beaches, particularly appreciated by young people and families. The small center is immersed in the green pine forest that is part of the Po Delta Park, crossed by cycle paths and paths suitable for walking and trekking routes.
All the beach resorts of Punta Marina are equipped with sun beds and umbrellas, restaurants with fish specialties, breakfast and aperitif bars, games for children and entertainment for adults. Very nice apartment

Lage und Unterkunft sehr empfehlenswert
Sehr nah zum Strand und zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Leider keine Klimatisierung, was bei über 30 Grad das Schlafen erschwert hat. Netter Vorgarten, auf Grund der vielen Moskitos bedauerlicherweise nur sehr eingeschränkt nutzbar. Schlüsselübergabe problemlos, Grundausstattung d. Wohnung gut.

Tolle Wohnung in perfekter Lage
Wir hatten an der Wohnung nichts auszusetzen. Sie ist geräumig, sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Die Lage zum Strand (5 min zu Fuß) und die Lage in der Ortsmitte sind ideal. Stefania ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir können die Wohnung sehr empfehlen.

Die Gastgeberin ist total nett ,zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Für meine Teenies war die Lage der Ferienwohnung absolut der Hit , da wenige Geh Minuten zum Strand . Der Ort selbst typisch italienisch . Alles was man zum Leben benötigt ist zu Fuß gut zu erreichen ( Supermarkt, Restaurants etc.)…. Gern wieder

La casa si presenta così come descritta: confortevole e ben corredata. Gli ambienti sono adeguati e spaziosa la zona pranzo. Tutto molto pulito. Carino e utile il piccolo giardino antistante. Vicinissima a Ravenna e negozi vari nelle immediate vicinanze. Ottimo soggiorno!

Appartamento molto carino, ubicato in posizione strategica per visitare Ravenna o per andare a Mirabilandia. Anche a pochi metri dal mare, ma essendoci stati in autunno, non abbiamo avuto modo di apprezarlo in tal senso. L'arredamento è essenziale, ma completo: tutti quello che serve ad una famiglia è presente. C'è anche un giardino nel quale... sorpresa.,. arrivano i pavoni, stanziali a Punta Marina. La proprietaria è gentile e disponibile. anche il parcheggio non è un problema. Consigliatissimo!

Praktische Unterkunft in Strandnähe
Einfache, doch praktisch eingerichtete Unterkunft, ruhig gelegen, in unmittelbarer Nähe des Strandes sowie von Restaurants und Lebensmittelgeschäften. Eine Bushaltestelle befindet sich um die Ecke. Dort fahren die Buslinien 70 und 80 abwechselnd etwa alle 15 Minuten nach Ravenna, auch noch im Oktober. Beide Linien halten u.a. am Hauptbahnhof. Für diese Strecke benötigen sie ca . 15- 20 Minuten. Die Linie 70 fährt in die andere Richtung nach Marina di Ravenna, die Linie 80 nach Lido Adriano. Man kann also mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln gut Ausflüge in die Umgebung machen. Im Pinienwald gibt es schöne Wander- und Radwege. Bei unserer Ankunft hat die Vermieterin uns freundlicherweise mit dem Auto vom Bahnhof abgeholt. Bettwäsche und Handtücher sowie Geschirr und Kochutensilien waren reichlich vorhanden. Nur einen guten Flaschenöffner sollte man mitbringen.

Gelungener Urlaub in Punta Marina und Umgebung
Uns hat die Lage der Wohnung überzeugt: keine 5 Minuten zum Strand und ebenso in den Ort mit seinen Einkaufs- und Einkehrmöglichkeiten und Eisdielen. Auch, dass unser Auto mit auf dem Grundstück Platz hatte hat uns gut gefallen. Allerdings ist die Einfahrt etwas schmal, breitere PKWs könnten hier ein Problem bekommen. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung war etwas "schlank", da mussten wir hin und wieder etwas improvisieren, hat aber insgesamt unseren schönen Urlaub nicht beeinträchtigt. Wir können uns vorsellen diese Wohnung nochmals für einen nächsten Urlaub zu buchen!

MOLTO COMODA
Ho trascorso una breve vacanza con la famiglia e direi che la casa è ben attrezzata e molto vicina alle spiagge (5 minuti a piedi). All'arrivo abbiamo trovato la casa pulita. Suggerirei l'installazione di un condizionatore per le notti particolarmente calde, l'appartamento è comunque dotato di 2 ventilatori che hanno aiutato un po'. Nel complesso è stato un soggiorno piacevole. Consigliato

Super good place for the family holidays!
We have spent our holidays in this apartment for two weeks in July 2019. The owner has met us and showed everything. Moreover, she gave us some useful tips concerning shopping, places of interests and so on. Whatever we needed, the owner was always in touch with us. Thanks a lot. We have found everything we needed to start the vocation: towels, bedclothes, dishes, shampoo, show gel, toilet paper, kitchen towels, spices, coffee, tea, sugar, sault, even some remedy against mosquitos. We have also used to seat in the small garden in the evening. The apartment was clean and cosy, just 3 min. from the beach. Some beach guards are always in a place, and they are doing their job really great! We had noticed it when it was stormy. The beach and the water were just super clear. All the stores and pharmacy are in the near. 2-3 times in a week there was a domestic market, where we have tried some local wine, cheese, meat, fruits and vegetables. Of course, we had a visit to Ravenna. Must see!! All these mosaics and basilicas are just amazing! We've got a great time. Thank you so much!

Wij verbleven in mei in Punta Marina. Het huis zit vlakbij zee. Helaas heeft de woning vanaf een uur of vijf geen zon meer. In deze tijd van het jaar was dat jammer. 's avonds was er niet veel te beleven in Punta Marina. We hebben ondanks deze punten een prima week gehad.

Schöne Wohnung in guter Lage
Vermieterin hat uns freundlich begrüßt und alles gezeigt. Die (kleine) Küche ist/war mit Öl/Zucker/Salz/Kaffee/Tee ausgestattet und ließ nichts zu wünschen übrig. Die Duschkabine war sehr klein, aber ausreichend. Es könnte vielleicht etwas gemütlicher eingerichtet sein, aber im Großen und Ganzen eine sehr schöne Unterkunft (fast) direkt am Strand. Sauberkeit war in Ordnung. Draußen sitzen war Ende September wg. Mücken leider nicht mehr möglich.

Mosaiken und Strand
ein empfehlenswertes Apartement für alle, die in Ravenna Baden und Besichtigen verbinden möchten und Spaß an den kleinen Märkten in Punta Maina haben. Das Apartement ermöglicht einen erholsamen Aufenthalt, bei hohen Temperaturen mit Ventilator. Unser Sohn hat die über das Inserat hinaus gehende bereitgestellte Wifi-Verbindung sehr geschätzt. Stefania hat uns sehr gut betreut und kleinere Probleme (z.B.mit der Waschmaschine) schnell behoben. Einziges kleines Manko: die Einrichtung der Küche ist nicht durchgängig zweckmäßig, Töpfe und Topfdeckel wollten nicht immer zueinander passen, aber wer will schon im Urlaub opulente Menues zaubern. Insgesamt können wir das Apartement weiterempfehlen. Ute, Michael und Martin Stille
