Très joli appartement refait à neuf dans une résidence très calme

Le logement est très agréable et confortable. Très bon couchage. La résidence est bien située, car on peut aller à pied dans le centre ville.

Toll Lage und Aussicht

Sehr schöne Wohnung für Paare m grandios toller Aussicht & ausreichendem Equipment, allerdings sind alle Räume & der Gang recht klein, sehr eng&hellhörig. Es gibt wenig Ablageflächen und kaum Haken in der Wohnung. Das erste Schlafzimmer ist schön, geräumig und mit Schrank. Das zweite Schlafzimmer ist so klein dass kein Koffer auf den Boden passt, es gibt keine Haken im Zimmer oder einen Stuhl um etwas abzulegen. Das obere Schlafzimmer ist nur über eine winzige Leiter zu erreichen, auch der Durchgang ins obere Schlafzimmer ist für einen Erwachsenen nur gerade so zu bewältigen. Das Heruntersteigen entsprechend mühsam. Das WC ist winzig, es wurde ein Boiler direkt darüber installiert sodass man mit dem Kopf immer an stößt. Das Badezimmer ist sehr klein aber ok. Der Gast wird mit Kostenandrohung angewiesen die Schonbezüge selber zu waschen. Da die Waschmaschine winzig ist kann man nur 1 Bezug pro Waschgang (3h) reinigen. Wir waren entsprechend lange am letzten Tag beschäftigt damit und mussten dann so leider auf dem Bett schlafen. Auch hatten wir nicht ausreichend Waschmittel dabei sodass wir das auch noch besorgen mussten. Von der Agentur wird man dann recht unfreundlich darauf hingewiesen dass man die Endreinigung selber zu erbringen hat, man hätte dies ja schließlich bei der Ankunft nicht mitgebucht. Man wurde allerdings auch nicht darauf hingewiesen. So hatten wir dann am letzten Tag mit dem übel stinkenden Staubsauger und rudimentärem Wischzeug selbst geputzt.

Ferienwohnung St. Maxime

Der Urlaub war wunderschön. Die Lage und der Strand sind einfach perfekt. Die Terasse ist super und in der Wohnung war alles da was man benötigt um sich zu versorgen.

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit tollem Ausblick , gute Ausstattung, tolle Betten, leider hat uns das W-Lan gefehlt. Klimaanlage war auch top. Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren nicht vorhanden, konnten aber spontan in der Agentur ausgeliehen werden (gegen Entgelt) Wir haben es sehr genossen !

Wunderschönes kleines Apartment

Wir haben Familienurlaub mit unseren drei Teenagern in dem Apartment gemacht. Beschreibung ist korrekt. Apartment ist klein, vor allem das obere „Stockbett“ - wird für die Kids sehr warm in der Nacht. Sehr sauber und auf jedem Quadratzentimeter für die Nutzung optimiert. Die Dachterrasse ist ein wahres Highlight und verleiht dem ganzen absoluten Charme. Wir fanden es sehr schön und würden wir hierher kommen. Kommunikation mit der Agentur angenehm, schnell und unkompliziert.

Sehr schöne Wohnung

Wir sind mit vier Personen in dieser Wohnung gewesen und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Besonders die Dachterrasse hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir würden nochmal hinfahren und die Wohnung buchen, Preisleistungsverhältnis war top 👍🏻

Tolle Ferienwohnung :-)

Wir haben Badeurlaub an der Côte d'Azur gemacht. Dies Ende Mai/Anfang Juni - praktisch ohne Touristen im Ort. Die Strände in und rund um Sainte-Maxime sind einfach traumhaft. Ebenso die Landschaft. Wir waren zu fünft unterwegs mit Kindern/Teenies. Die Wohnung ist super ruhig gelegen in einer Domaine und der Weg zum Strand sehr angenehm. Etwa zu vergleichen mit dem Weg auf einem grösseren Zeltplatz vom Platz ans Meer. Der Pool war Ende Mai noch nicht gereinigt, weshalb wir ihn erst in den letzten Tagen anfangs Juni benutzen konnten. Zudem befindet sich der Pool fast am Meer unten, also nicht direkt neben der Wohnung... Die Parkplätze direkt vor dem Haus in einer Einbahnstrasse sind super. Die Wohnung ist klein, aber top ausgestattet (viel Geschirr, Besteck, Pfannen, Wasserkocher, Backofen,... einfach alles). Die Küche und das Wohnzimmer sind perfekt. Ebenso die Terrasse. Die Schlafzimmer sind klein und bieten nicht viel Stauplatz, weshalb wir aus den Taschen, deponiert im Wohnzimmer, gelebt haben. Aber dort hatten wir ja genug Platz. Für Schweizer müsste angegeben werden, wie die Bettmasse sind, inklusive Duvetgrösse. Diese ist nämlich mit Französischen Massen (240cm x 260cm). Sonst passt die Bettwäsche nicht... Die Galerie wurde von unserer Kleinsten (10j.) bewohnt. Dort oben kann man nur kriechen. Die Galerie ist nur etwa 90cm hoch. Also nicht geeignet für Erwachsene und ebenso wenig für kleine Kinder, da der Aufstieg schwierig ist und es keine wirkliche Absturzsicherung hat dort oben. Für uns hats aber total gepasst und wir würden sofort wieder dorthin gehen :-)
