This home features:

OUTDOOR LIVING: Large backyard with a covered seating area, propane fire table, 4-person hot tub and a gas grill

INDOOR LIVING: Flat-screen TV with complimentary streaming services, bar top seating for 2, board games

KITCHEN: Kitchenette with a microwave and refrigerator, kettle, cooking basics, dishware/flatware, complimentary coffee, creamer, tea and sweetener

BATHROOM: ¾ bathroom with walk-in shower. We also include hair dryers, soap, shampoo, and conditioner for every guest stay.

GENERAL: High-speed WiFi, washer/dryer, linens/towels, keyless entry, central heating, air conditioning, complimentary toiletries, iron/board and cleaning essentials.

PARKING: 1 dedicated parking space off the alley

FUN FACT: This is a nationally registered historic home referred to as “The Sper House” after CJ Sper, a local harness maker who built it in the early 1900s.

Not close to Old Town

Not the place we booked, we wanted to be in Old Town but the host cancelled at the last minute. Stacy did a nice job getting us this cottage and it was nice, the hot tub was nice but not very private. Other than the distance from Old Town it was a nice place.

Great location, clean, private. Helpful to have guest parking spot. Comfy bed and pillows. Only negative was the crazy loud heater when it kicks in.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Property was very clean and location was perfect. Stacy provided great directions to the property and check in/check out were a breeze. The suite was exactly as described in the listing and we would definitely choose to stay here again.

Nice private guest house

New, clean and modern decor. Perfect for a single or couple. Was great as a stop over pn a work trip for me. Hot tub was awesome. Private yard with fire pit, outdoor seating and a grill. One parking space only. Grout in bathroom floor needs redone.

Lovely Getaway

Really nice place, super clean, with thoughtful touches throughout. We loved having the yard for our dog to frolic in while we hung out in the lounge chairs. Very walkable to old town and restaurants / coffee shops. What a lovely stay!

Special Retreat

Close to CSU & old town amidst 100+years old homes and trees, this delightful cottage has a large fenced in yard with comfortable seating and a hot tub. A comfy king sized bed and luxurious shower, plentiful closet space & washer/dryer made our stay perfect.

Wonderful Guesthouse

This guesthouse was just lovely and had a perfect location. Very comfortable, especially the king size bed! The outside area is well designed and is surrounded by beautiful mature trees. The neighborhood is quiet and is close to old town, coffeehouses, restaurants and grocery stores. The property managers are very responsive to any question or issue. They were very friendly and personable. We enjoyed this propery very much and would highly recommend it.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Fort Collins. The location was walkable to everything we wanted to do. Downtown Colorado state restaurants, etc. Will definitely stay there again. They had everything we needed and it was clean, comfortable very enjoyable and Stacey was terrific and responded immediately with answers questions.

Perfect Location

We loved our stay here! It’s a close walk to Old Town, the bed couldn’t be comfier, and it felt like home. We especially enjoyed using the hot tub after long hikes. Highly recommend staying here if you visit Fort Collins!

University community

It's great location if you like to be near the college community and all the things that come with it. Which we do. Many of the things we enjoy were a short walk or a couple minute car ride. The facility was well maintained and very comfortable spend time in.

Great Walkable Location with Lovely Backyard and Hot tub.

Really loved our stay here. Parking and super walkable to downtown. Neighbors were quiet and it was a very clean and safe spot. Great amenities, pet friendly and a lovely backyard patio. Rental manager was super communicative and the owner of the property even said hi and let us know if we had questions he’d be happy to help! Would rent this spot again!

Exactly as pictured but....

This is a nice property. The pictures accurately reflect the care the owners have taken to have a nice property. I will say that the mattress needs to be replaced, two adults tend to roll towards the middle. That being said, at the price charged, (VRBO won't let me state the amount) the listing of things, I, the guest, would be responsible for was offputting. "If you need more toilet paper/ paper towels, you'll need to go buy them", "If you move the furniture you will be charged a staging fee", "Please wipe down all hard surfaces". It is our habit to be good guests, we act as if we are guests in someone's home. BUT, we are paying (insert amount that VRBO won't let me state) in cleaning fees but are still warned that anything less "than light cleaning" will result in additional fees. Same with bringing pets. We understand that owners do not want their property spoiled by irresponsible guests but the note that the pet needs to be "on leash" while in the back yard is a bit much. We left word with the management company, by text, that there was a bag of spilled candy underneath the sofa left by a previous guest. We hoped for acknowledgement that the message was received but did not get any response. This is a great property but for the amount that is paid I don't like the feeling that I'm a transgression away from paying another couple hundred bucks.

Revisit Fort Collins

Fabulous property and wonderful outdoor space. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The only downfall was there is no central air conditioning. That typically wouldn’t be an issue but it was unseasonably hot!! There are air coolers but they are noisy and needed to constantly run to cool the space. We’d stay again- wonderful location.

Awesome spot for our little family of 3 - space was clean, had everything we needed, and location can’t be beat. The backyard space was incredible - safely fenced for the kiddo to play. We come to Fort Collins every year and would certainly stay again.

Perfect spot for a wedding weekend in FoCo

The location is ideal for walking or biking to town. We loved how quiet the neighborhood was as well. Very clean and a cozy spot to spend some time since we had a ton of rain over the weekend.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The location is perfect to walk around the campus or to restaurants in Old Town. This is a very nice and safe neighborhood. The property was very cozy, it had everything we needed.

Old bed and $2 pillows

The location is great, the yard area is beautiful, the space is well appointed, and cute... however: the mattress was old and extremely uncomfortable. The bed seemed more like a full than a queen. The "pillows" on the bed were AWFUL. They were thin and cheap. I won't stay here again because of the bed and pillows. I'm in FoCo several weeks out of the year, and this is by far the most uncomfortable place I have stayed there.

Home away from home!

We had such a great stay at Katie and Logan’s lovely home! They were such great hosts and everything was beyond our expectations. The house is so private from the main house along with the whole backyard and jacuzzi! And the inside is perfect! They have everything set up just the way you need it. Couldn’t recommend enough! Plus being so close to downtown was just the thing for our stay.. a short walk or a very short drive and you’re in the middle of it all!
