Our 120 m2 chalet is located in a quiet area, not overlooked, on the heights of Cornimont but very easy to access by car. You will spend a stay there which will allow you to disconnect from your daily life. We have taken particular care with the decoration. A garage is at your disposal and additional parking possibilities on the private road at the entrance.
In summer, you will benefit from a large wooden terrace equipped with garden furniture and a second terrace with table, chairs and deckchairs; each is protected and facing south by a pergola, a built-in barbecue will allow you to prepare delicious grilled meats.
On a plot of 1,400 m² surrounded by forest and 75% wooded areas, the brand new private in-ground swimming pool of 8 m x 4 m is at your sole disposal and in complete privacy.

Our chalet is presented on the upper level:
Living room (TV, Box, fiber wifi) and dining room with wood fireplace (free wood) with a large bay window, overlooking the mountain, a very well equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower, separate WC and a large bedroom with a large bed (2 x 80) with electric remote control, a television and a bay window (view of the mountain and its forest) with access to the wooden terrace and its armchairs. A gym mat is available under the bed.
On the lower level: two bedrooms (a large 2 x 90 cm bed with television in the first and two 90 cm beds in the second), a bathroom with shower and WC. Direct access possible to the garage.
